Great location. Staff were excellent Viscarstia, Pricilla, Sebastian and Rachelle. So helpful and friendly.

Lovely and friendly staff. The renovated room was not very pleasant 😞 . The room was located near the kitchen area and was noisy at nights. Besides that I’ll give the hotel/ resort 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Also a great location for tourist as they are a block from the beach, near all the popular restaurants. The remodeled rooms are brand new, really. Very comfortable new beds.

My stay was good. The furniture in the room was old and could use some cleaning.

The property is old, but being renovated. There was NO hot water for 3 days, NO wash clothes for 3 days. The room was clean and compact. The staff was exceptional!

It’s a great location the shuttle to the beach was not working. The update rooms look nice we got a old room but overall for the money it’s a good place to stay

The tv did not work. The connected it for us but Chad no sound when we tried to use it and no channels except memberships also was charged additional $10 at checkout which was above the price I booked for

Room was nice and updated, overall smelled a little like mildew/mold in rt the humidity I believe. Shower leaked onto the floor but nothing some towels couldn't handle. Pool was very nice, the music was a little loud at times. Very close to all restaurants and the beach. Very nice that their was an area on the beach specifically for the hotel. All staff I came in contact with were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely return in the future.

Price was great, location was good, nice and clean and quiet. You have to cross the street to get to the beach, no bar or restaurant on site, the staff was great and very helpful

The pool bar staff was very attentive and very nice. The staff at the front desk was the same. Our rooms could have been cleaned better. Had to ask everyday for either a towel or tp. Floors could be swept bc of sand being drug in from the beach. Had newly remodeled room nice but not like the pictures…Location was perfect…lots of bars and restaurants right out the door and beach was only 2 blocks down…perfect location! Air conditioning didn’t work very well and not at all on one day…. but plenty of hot water. WiFi didn’t work unless in lobby and could not get tv to work but that was not a big deal for us for we usually turn on only before bed. Went to local nightlife….maybe would stay again but definitely needs a few more amenities….microwave…better housekeeping and air conditioning working all the time! And WiFi and better phone service.

The location is great, right in the middle of the Palm Beach Strip, easy to walk anywhere. The pool was so nice. Staff were super friendly. We were in a non upgraded room, and I would never do that again, the first room was terrible, not the cleanest and so old and falling apart, they moved us to a different room which was better, but still not one of the upgraded rooms. I saw pics of an upgraded room, and they are beautiful, so knowing they will all be upgraded in the next several months, I would definitely stay again

I read the reviews before booking this hotel. But I thought, I'm sure my experience will be better. They tried giving us THE most disgusting 1975 looking /smelling room. After switching, we settled into out room at night to basically be sitting in the middle of the neighborhood club, SO LOUD til 3am. The biggest disappointment was the staff. They were so nice, (as is everyone on the island). However, they didn't and couldn't accomplish anything. From birthday decor, to booking a catamaran or allowing us a proper late checkout. We were even lied to twice about having food /drinks comped at the pool because of their previous errors. Except for the good air conditioner and comfortable bed, it was a complete disaster. Zero shower pressure and odd smell throughout the space. THIS, is why you're paying these prices on Palm Beach.

Quiet small no frills close to all

There advertisement lacked in accuracy. No gym, and no wifi in the room. Very loud night life however you are right in the heart of it. The room was clean and bed was comfy! The staff was very friendly.

We needed a one night stay in Aruba before our timeshare and found Brickell Bay Beach Resort. We chose this property because of the proximity to our timeshare and the price. It wasn’t until AFTER we booked that the property emailed us about renovations they were undergoing. Since we only needed a room for the night we decided it couldn’t be that bad… but we were so wrong. The hotel itself was nothing like the photos or at the level we are used to with our timeshare. 3pm rolled around and we were given the key to our room… opened the door to a room in mid renovation. No bedding, buckets, tools, etc. I will give credit to the front desk who gave us an “updated room” but even the upgraded rooms are not great. Granted, better than what we originally saw but all in all I would steer clear of this property- we couldn’t wait to checkout.

We had a recently renovated room with a brand new smart tv. The problem is the hotel offers only You tube programs. They claimed Net flix, but it was only available if you signed in with your own account. The wifi on the 4th floor was poor constantly going on and off. The hotel was clean and daily room service was great. The front desk personnel were always helpful. shuttle to the beach was great when your 80. We knew the hotel wasn't 5 star when we booked but we also didn't pay for 5 stars.

Upon checking in, I encountered several issues in the hotel room, including wet floors, a dirty environment, and a dusty fan. When I contacted the front desk through WhatsApp, they ignored my message, and the situation escalated when water flooded the floor and walls, making it difficult for me to charge my phone. The maintenance manager blamed me for the incident, stating that I changed the AC setting from 22 to 24 degrees. Despite agreeing to pay a fee to upgrade my room, the hotel doubled the cost at checkout. The manager accused me of lying and told me they took pictures of the AC controls changed from 22 to 24 degrees, even though I only changed the AC setting because the room was cold. I paid the fee and moved to a different room, but I was scared to use the AC, which was very cold all night. Aside from 2 of the friendly staff members, nothing else was good about my stay. The management staff were awful. I Don't like to give bad reviews and Don't go back to places if I Don't like them. But this time, I think everyone should know how awful this place is. Stay away. Stay there only if you want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen and are willing not to use the AC and possibly damage your belongings with water.

Brickell Bay is a good location on Palm Beach - we have stayed twice before at this property but sadly would not stay again. TV in our room did not work the whole time we where there - notified reception but all they said was they where working on it. Booked and paid for our room before arrival but Reception tried to charge us again so I had to provide proof of payment which took up our time. We didn’t book a newly renovated room so can’t comment on how they are but apart from the reception area being improved and some painting of common areas we could not see what else has be renovated. Breakfast at Salt n Pepper next door is limited and table service - if you don’t drink tea or coffee that’s it - no juice option - bed was comfortable and A/C was good.

The staff at the front desk and by the pool area was great,especially Anderson. They were very kind and helpful. What i didn't like was the WIFI services,not to say anything bad. They were doing some construction and that could have been the reason. Overall the its a great place to stay. Get the newly renovated room,it is very nice and confortable. I will visit sometime again and Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Chipped paint, door wouldn’t lock in the first room, second room they moved me to had condensation water marks on the wall, and the room smelled so musky I felt like I couldn’t breathe even with a dehumidifier. Floor would get slick from humidity. The floor in the bathroom pools with water after a shower, so the floor gets soaked. And the pillows are so uncomfortable. They cleaned up the lobby area a lot which is nice. But the carpets and paint in the hallways and rooms are outdated and in poor condition. They post other misleading pictures of their sister hotel the Wyndham on their website and it makes you think those are the rooms will you get and that is not Brickell Bay. Should have just paid the extra $500 and stayed at Playa Linda.

Nice property but rooms are outdated if you do t select the renovated options. No coffee maker or Microwave in rooms although they offered fresh coffee and lemon water each day in lobby area. There was also a Microwave in lobby area that staff could warm your food up for you. The air conditioner kept going on and off thru out the night so we woke up hot. The bathroom shower was drawing slowly also. The pool area with bar was nice! Overall it was a good choice due to location since it’s walkable to everything and staff was great.

Resort under renovation. First room assigned had no Air conditioning. Television was not working. Second room assigned had No live TV. Although that room was renovated. The cleaning staff refused to give me one extra coffee even though i was willing to exchange a decaffeinated one. I was told only 2 per day one decaf and one regular

We booked a newly renovated premium room. They put us on the first floor. We had no live TV ( which the web site said we would) we had no internet for the first week until a maintenance man got us a router. The bathroom shower had no places for us to put soap or shampoo The only good thing I can say is the workers are nice.

the building should closed til its finished with renovation due to things like Television not working,Wifi not goos at all if the TV needs it to work. AC leaking leaving puddles in the room and the sliding door for the bathroom falling off hitting me, brushing me on my leg.

Emilaine was amazing she is very knowledgeable about her profession and cares deeply for the customers. However this property has not invested too much of their profits back into the hotel. Much of it is rusted, used and abused. Our first full day we tried to use the pool and there was white film in the water all of the stair access area. The white chairs outside by the pool area are incredibly worn down and the bars are felt all across your body. Hallway carpets had areas missing and other areas mismatched carpet (at least on the second floor) The grounds were relatively clean with minimal garbage. On the 2nd floor the ice machine was not working when we arrived on March 19 and 20. Finally on our 3 rd day we were able to have ice! The first day they serviced our room and did not put fresh towels back in we had to ask the front desk about towels to shower. The swim towels they didn’t have enough of them, only at 7 am was you able to maybe receive a fresh towel for the day!

There are no stairs to get into the pool at 4ft. The swim up bar could be more appealing.
