This is a great place. Recently remodeled, it is clean and very well appointed. Beautifully landscaped and very nice outdoor patio. Rooms are quiet. Coffee in lobby, only in am, but keurig in room.

When we checked in, the room thermostat was set to 66 and was cold. We raised it to 70, which was an okay sleeping temperature. However, the section of the floor that was not carpeted (most of the floor) was unpleasantly “sticky”—because of the high humidity in the room, I think. Anything cold (eg, the insulated ice bucket) was sweating. Given the AC running and low temperatures, I’m not sure how it could be so humid. Two possibilities: The AC was not on until shortly before we arrived. Or, the room shares its air ventilation system with the adjacent hotel pool. In any case, it was unpleasantly moist.

We stopped in for a one night stay during our trip to Washington. The location is very convenient - right off the highway and near major shopping options (Walmart, Target, etc.).
The hotel was clean and welcoming. It wasn’t clear if there was room service, but there is a pool! The pool is open early (5 a.m.), which is GREAT.
We would likely rate 5 stars if we had spent more time and been able to check out all of the facilities.

Arrived about 4:15 PM and my room wasn't ready. I waited over 1 hour to get my room. I had an engagement to attend at 6:00 pm so I was over an hour late. I get home to find they charged an additional $269.00 charge to my bank charge over the quoted rate of $169.00 which caused an overdraft problem with my bank. Not really impressed with the entire experience

When I got home and checked by paper bill receipt I found that they had a Las Vegas address for me, I have lived in Pa. all my life. When I checked the Vegas address I found that it belonged to a reservation company which I did not use. I found out that this company has charged other people for things they have not purchased. I contacted my credit card company and was told that I was overcharged. I therefore had to cancel my credit card fearing further fraudulent purchases. This was not a pleasant experience for me.

Very convenient location to interstates, restaurants and shopping. The dog friendly hotel has exceptionally attractive outdoor and indoor spaces, is kept spotlessly clean, and the room furnishings are up to date and in excellent condition. It also has better lighting than most hotels, which we appreciated. We really didn't like that they charged for a middling breakfast that would have been free elsewhere, and that they were low on key cards so they would only spare one for my wife and me, which was massively inconvenient. The staff at the desk and at breakfast seemed preoccupied and indifferent to whether they could be helpful to us when we needed help: about finding a luggage cart, the elevator, Wi-Fi issues, etc. If you're generally self sufficient, this probably won't bother you much.

When I first checked in I was told I can only have one key for my room due to shortage. The next day I went down I ask for a key and it wasn't a problem. Me and my significant other were in a wedding party so only having one key was an inconvenience.

I reserved a room with 2 queens on the lower floor. Upon arrival I was told my room was on the 4th floor and there were no first floor rooms. Finally found a 1st floor room but it was only a king bed with pull out couch. Why reserve ahead of time if you don't get what you want or need.

Room was nice but I guess I expected more from Hilton Garden Inn. The one thing that bothered me.. breakfast was $15.00 every hotel I have been to breakfast was continental and free. So we ate at Cracker Barrel.
