Floors were dirty, didn’t seem like they’d been mopped in weeks. Bathroom in series need of a renovation.

They need to have more than one small trash can in a double queen room, the tv had no service, a DARK room- not enough light, coffee sub par, room smelled like smoke

Customer service was amazing. Building is solid and I had undisturbed good sleep. Owners and staff were very helpful

My stay was great. The staff members were very kind. The property was near many restaurants. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked properly, and I had everything I needed.

I reported a cockroach in the bathroom our first day right after check-in. I reported it to the front desk and the poor kid working in the front was very apologetic. I suggested a pest control for a visit and saw a guy spraying pest spray the following morning. The manager was willing to work with the problem over the phone since it was around 8pm late check-in. Hopefully they will be consistent with pest control. The second problem was group of workers smoking and drinking around the area where the first floor of our room was located. Our family is having problems with second hand smoking. So that needs attention too.

Solid 7/10. Stayed here while I was visiting my boyfriend. Place is comfortable, cozy, mostly clean (sole exception: toilet bowl needs a scrub), and of an acceptable temperature when the window unit is on. Not recommended for autistic individuals unless you bring heavy-duty hearing protection — sound insulation from traffic outside is nonexistent and the window unit A/C is very loud. Thankfully I brought firearms-grade hearing protection and slept fine. Ended up paying 50% more than expected because I reserved on short notice, but that's my own fault. Great value. Had a small issue where my keycards were disabled because someone asked to enter the room I rented -- had to visit the customer service window after-hours to get into my room again. And I later had to reset my e-mail password because it wasn't working for some reason. As a result, I have some concerns about the cybersecurity here, especially regarding the free wi-fi. But I've not seen any suspicious charges on my card or other activity on my e-mail in a week, so hopefully whoever was attacking me gave up.

I requested a downstairs room because I was dealing with a hip injury. I was bluntly told no because they didn’t have any available even though checkin began at 3pm and we arrived just before 3pm. Later we saw people check in after us that were given downstairs rooms. Hotel did not have elevators and we were put in a room that was literally the furthest room from the parking lot. No one even offered any assistance. Also, room smelled of mold and smoke.

Quiet room, nice location and great customer service. Room could've been cleaned better, it wasnt filthy but a few dead fly's in plain view. Also, the bed made lots of noise which was annoying.

There were bugs flying around the room as well as walking in the ceiling.

Simple Saturday night stay for a wedding. Overall the stay was a bit nicer than I expected: room was clean with no obvious wear or damage, motel and its neighbors were quiet, staff friendly. Plenty of parking, which has been an issue at other places and has a gravel lot for oversize vehicles and trailers.

Stayed for a family event. Was the closest hotel and had a great rate! Couldn't beat it! Room was comfortable and clean. No issues.

Area was clean and well lite for parking and walking to your room. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous.

Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to

The front desk staff: Morning- Pradip and Nights Ashley, were super friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to our asks and made our stay enjoyable.

The only problem I had was that our room was right next to the staff's laundry room, and the staff started early in the morning.

Just a quick overnight before we move to our new home. A good place!

You have to make a U-turn if westbound to get to the hotel. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. Breakfast room was small and there were a lot of people booked in so it was crowded. Did not feel unsafe at any time even though doors opened to outside, and the area was quiet even though there was a lot of traffic. Lots of food choices nearby. Breakfast was ok. A lot of confusion on check in - they were training someone new. I will have to watch my credit card to make sure it didn't get messed up.

Convenience worked well. Room door did not close properly. No soap or soap dish next to the bathroom sink. HVAC unit was temperamental and the thermostat on the unit did not appear to be registering properly.

The rooms and front desk area were clean and somewhat updated. Outside access to each room is not ideal.

The room smells like pee. But since we are only here for one night (traveling through Texas), we had to deal with it. Never will stay here again. Was at a Ramada Inn in Bryan last night and it was so much better.
