The WiFi hardly worked. The bed was super uncomfortable. Didn’t think that was worth the $$$ we paid.

Had a beautiful view of the bridge, lake and golf course. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Only two things needed help. The curtain needs to be replaced and the deck needs to be painted.

We enjoyed our short stay and appreciated the continental breakfast options! Everything was top notch!

Checking in stood there for a few mins lady didnt acknowledge us, so rang the bell. No hi just what do we need, bathroom dirty, coffee maker dirty, bed skirt dirty. There was an awful loud noise comming from wall by whirlpool tub, when i went to ask about it says loud pipes peopl are going to bed no other rooms for you, but when i looked online there were at least 3 options available. Flooring by toilet is bubbled up/loose and floor between bed and tub sinks when u walk on it, tripping hazzard if ur wearing heals or not steady on feet. Wont stay here again.

This was the best place I stayed at this weekend would tell anyone g planning on come or going up north to stay here

The view from the patio was incredible! Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. Make sure to get a bridge view.

The room was spotlessly clean!

I was not expecting to see the water view from my balcony. This is an added surprise. The staff were friendly. Property is old but well kept. Couldn’t ask for more with the price I pay. I will certainly come back again.

The view of the bridge from the top floor is spectacular, particularly at night. Friendly, helpful staff explained ferry options to the Island and even sold us tickets on discount.

Clean room. Professional, kind staff. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety of food. Pool open until 11pm.

Great staff the only things if you going to makinc island you have driver over the makinc bridge to go to tje ferry

The staff were very helpful ful.and friendly. Very clean. AC in our room was a little tricky either too cold or too warm.

Amazing view of the bridge at night!

Isn’t worth the $300 plus rate. Hotel internet wasn’t working, too much chlorine in the pool had a reaction from it.

The staff was great. I loved the pool and sauna options. The room was phenomenal and it was private.

Everything was great and everyone was super friendly! Loved the view of the Mackinac Bridge from our room-that was a fun surprise! Lots of space in the room for 3 of us and the room was clean. Breakfast was good…pretty much any cold breakfast option to some extent (some things could be warmed/toasted), but no hot breakfast option. We thought we’d only like a hot breakfast, but the options they had were satisfying and good!

While I enjoyed our stay at the Super 8, I found the lady at check in quite rude. I was not impressed with her at all. I have never had any problems ever with any staff before, but this one particular lady made check in not enjoyable. Everyone else was very friendly, helpful and kind. I don't remember her name - she was shorter, long hair and wore glasses. Perhaps she had a bad day, but that still is not an excuse. Overall stay was wonderful.

Hotel was clean. Good location to UP and Mackinaw city. Pool was nice but the guests on the floor above our room thought it was a late night playground. Not a very quiet place to sleep. Having problems with the check out price compared to the price on Expedia. Will not go back. Also very rude signage about no smoking.

We drove in from Green Bay and after a long road trip, it was great to check into a hotel that was clean, quiet, staff was great, and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing - my son loved it. Our lakeview room had an amazing view of the Mackinaw Bridge, both day and night. We didn’t eat breakfast there but when we checked it out, it had some options but pretty standard to your continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The people at the service desk were very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. WI-FI only works in the lobby area and the pool area, no WI-FI in the room.
