We enjoyed the space very much. It was comfortable for the most part and the balcony was great. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, the main sofa in the living room was not very comfortable, the two hairdryers were broken, the cloth dryer was broken, and the vents need to be cleaned out. We came to go to the beach, eat out, rest, relax and chill. The space was great for that.If I were planning a week long vaca, those above mentioned problems would have been more problematic.

My husband and I along with my parents stayed at vistas for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. Leading up to our stay communicating with the front desk was great, they offered recommendations on area restaurants and we were thrilled we were able to check in early. We spent 3 sun filled days on the beach. The sand was like powder, very quiet stretch of beach with mainly vistas guests. At no point did it feel even the least bit crowded. It was quiet and clean and they had beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys for kids in the unit. We ultimately ended up renting a beach cabana because there were 4 of us. Fantastic view of the sunset and saw dolphins on our last night. A perfect way to end our stay. The only negatives I would say is that upon arrival there were buckets of paint and the like in our room that maintenance was supposed to have come to get but hadn’t. The office attended removed them promptly but the maintenance man knocked on our door 2 days later looking for his things. So lack of communication on their part. We did have the very basics on our unit to cook meals but it would go a long way to include things like cooking spray and things of the like. The king suites bathroom toilet was very wobbly and I thought was going to break. Brought to the managements attention and said it would be fixed. The pool also turned my white bathing suit greenish yellow. But thankfully not my hair. Overall I’d give vistas a 4 out of 5. We would go back.

Great location if you’re looking for an on-the-beach getaway with full condo amenities. It is an older property but clean and has anything you need. Not sure if this is the same in all units but the size of the 2nd bedroom is really small—- little to no room to put your stuff. Emily was great and responded quickly and positively to any questions.

The unit was well equipped. The bed in main bedroom need to be updated. Our experience was very good overall.

5 stars, owners did an excellent job w furnishing everything we could need including beach chairs and coolers! Would highly recommend unit three oh seven!

Condo was decorated very cute. Emily was very helpful & gracious. Elevator lobby needs updated, and need a tiki bar somewhere. All around good place, I'd stay again

Loved the condo we stayed in here. It was clean and updated. This is the 3rd time at this property and it has never disappointed us. We will be back again.

Unbelievable location, the beach access was incredibly convenient. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Unit was clean and had adequate household/kitchen items. Pool and hot tub was clean and staff cleaned the grounds daily. Highly recommend!

I loved that this property was so close to the beach. It was the perfect size for 5. There was a nice big table for meals and board games. The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows need replaced & there were not enough blankets. But overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Other than some of the blinds were missing so the lights were shining in all the time and the noise from the street all was good.

Checked into my room and upon arrival and to my horror, the second room which was to have a Queen bed had a bunk bed! Not ideal for a couple on vacation! Less than satisfactory and when I reported it, they did nothing to correct it or even give me a discount for the error. Their website had described and showed pictures as a King and Queen and it was a King and Bunk Bed. They stated they would correct it on the website. This was weeks ago and the advertisement is still incorrect! My question is how many times has this happened to other couples who booked the same condo!

Loved location; right on the beach! Didn’t like black mold in bathrooms.

We loved the location, the beach access was beautiful and the pool was also nice. We will be back.

We enjoyed being right on the beach and having a balcony with a view of the water. We also enjoyed the pool area.
