The beds were terrible and I think that in 2019 you should not have to pay for wi fi it should be included in the price.

The staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is great

The staff on the whole were great little things (too many to mention here) that they were prepared to do to make our stay so special.

Rooms were really clean! Staff was very nice and helpful, and the location is not far from the city centre - definitely a hotel I would go back to.

Good family hotel, where you can relax and the kids are happy with the pool and food.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it’s location, very close to the beach. Other than that, it was terrible. The front desk service during check in, the room was definitely not a 4 star as advertised. It was a 2 star at best. Beds were not comfortable and the walls so thin, we heard noise from neighboring rooms all night. We didn’t feel it was worth the money.

Close to the beach, air con working, rooms a bit dated but ideal for our needs. Could do with a kettle and mini bar/fridge. Booked room only so no idea what the food is like. Would recommend and stay here again.

The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and did an excellent job on a daily basis.

Great location, just in a few minutes walking from Fenals Beach. Good, comfortable rooms with well working AC system. Great cleaning service with excellent laundry. It will be a very good hotel if not chef. The food is terrible, not tasty at all, bad stuff in restaurant making constantly many mistakes. Ingredients are good but... No sauces, dishes from previous evening appears at the next day breakfast and than at evening again. No sauces, bad variety. Disaster coffee and drinks at breakfast. Food is not properly cooked. I recommend book just the hotel without food or maximum with breakfast as it plenty restraints around with cheap or moderate prices and awesome menus

You get what you pay for. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was plentiful - always a good variety. Pool was clean and a bed was always available. Room was good but basic. No remote control for tv but we were on holiday so tv not required. Hotel was very clean, room not cleaned daily but fresh towels provided daily. Drinks package not bad and daily cocktails available (basically fruit juice with a small measure of spirit). Rooftop terrace a real treat!! Entertainment was basic and not to in your face. The hotel could do with a bit of a makeover. I would return.

Good bits: Nice rooms & lounge area. Air con worked well. Some staff were friendly and pleasant but all staff were helpful. Food was plentiful and hotel also offered hot snacks in-between meal times. Hotel is situated in nice area close to fenal beach. This hotel is good value for money.Bad bits: No Pepsi/Coke available on all inc. Only cheap unbranded cola. WiFi €5 a day. Food was sometimes repitive & cheap and restaurant felt over crowded at times. Our first room over looked the main road, just above the coach stop - noisy. And its an approx 15 min Uphill walk to the centre. I think 4 stars is genorous - feels more like a 3 star hotel.

Nice pool, but very cold and not enough sun loungers near main pool. Lots of sun loungers on roof terrace and mostly very friendly hotel staff particularly the bartenders. Edible food. Quite a lot of drinks you have to pay for even on all inclusive and all inclusive drinks finishes at 12 on day of check out which is a bit annoying. Our bathroom hadnt been cleaned when we arrived but otherwise clean and comfortable. Close to beach but not close to the strip. The card system for getting drinks is overcomplicated, wrist bands would be much easier. Overall decent for the amount we paid.

Hotel was great, room a little dated, balcony was tiny. Food was good always a good selection, staff were always pleasant.This is a 4 star hotel at 2 star prices. Mid week was great however weekend was full of English groups who dont know how to behave themselves after a drink. I would definitely recommend this hotel at these prices you cant go far wrong

Location is close to Fennals beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Lloret. Rooms are okay and mine was very clean. If you are looking for a relaxing break or have children this is probably not the hotel for you. There were lots of stag and hen parties there when we were, and although we were in a group ourselves, some of the behaviour and language was totally unacceptable in my opinion. I felt sorry for the people with children and the couples there. The bar staff kept smiling (except one), despite the horrendous behaviour going on. The Police were called at one point and one group were going to be removed from the hotel, this did calm them down and it wasn't as bad after that. Overall I would class this as a 3 star hotel, for what I paid I was happy with the quality of accommodation and food on offer. Most of the staff were friendly. I am not sure I would return though, not because of the hotel, but because it appears to be more of a party place for people to drink themselves into oblivion.

If you want rude Russians, or lots of door slamming, maybe loud music at 3 in the morning, rooms that have walls so thin you could hear and ant trump, let alone the occupant next door snoring. If you want an 18-30 hotel that offers poor food. Then this is your place. Weve stopped in lots of H Tops from Amika, Caella Palace, Pinada Palace, HTop Santa Susana. All have been good hotels but this really is below par.

The place was ok for what we paid. It was dirty. TV was broken, but they did replace it.
