Our experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations in nearly every way! From a friendly and easy check-in while fresh popcorn was popping in the lobby to the eco-friendly shower essentials, it was clear that the owners of this property take pride in their operation. Looking forward to a future stay!

I saw what appeared to be boiled eggs in the breakfast photos. Unfortunately, there were no eggs of any kind available for breakfast. As a diabetic, it can be challenging to find kero-friendly options.
Lot of carbs and sugar are available but that's about it.
Also, I did not use the shower until this morning but there was a used washcloth from a previous occupant hanging over the shower curtain which I did not see until today when using the shower. Pretty much lost my appetite after that

The wifi connection seemed to go and come frequently. Our devices would loose connection would have to be restarted every day.

The climate control was not working so we called the front desk. They arrived shortly and fixed the problem. Then the TV was not working so we called again. The TV was fixed after awhile.

Due to a family emergency, I stayed one night last minute reservation.The queen bed in room 102 was not very comfortable although it was very clean. The best part was its at the end of a hallway next to exit and personal parking spot.The shower had cobwebs hanging down and I found a bobby pin on the bathroom floor not mine.The TV,fridge,microwave, coffee pot and WIFI worked well,but I had to wipe down most switches from dust. Overall, morning breakfast was good and basic from 6-9am (fruits, toast, cereal,waffles,yogurt,juice, coffee). Wasnt able to use hot tub due to a boys sports event and it was crowded and it was not the most quiet hallway since my room was near pool. Not sure if I will return as I had higher expectations for $250.

The patio doors in the pool area were all locked, and in the tracks were cobwebs and dead bugs. It seemed they had not been opened or even looked at in sometime. The patio had furniture that looked clean and in good shape, but there was no way to get outside to it.
Our telephone receiver and cradle had some gooey liquid on both parts. That brought me to inspect the lamp base closer and the outlets were not clean. I used a wet washcloth to get the grime off from around the square plug-ins. It was obvious they had not been cleaned in sometime, perhaps only dusted, but not wiped and actually cleaned.

The room itself was fine. What was unacceptable were the Towels and face cloths. They were of very poor quality and so rough that I would never use them to wash or dry my cars for fear of scratching them. I am by no means a guy who stays in or is use to a 5 star experience but these towels and face cloths were worse than any lower end hotel I have stayed in!
