We stopped here for a night while traveling through the area. Unfortunately it wasnt a great experience. Our check in was wonderful. The room was okay but when we pulled out the sofa there was change and dirt and it was messy. The mattress cover had holes in it and was stained. The next morning we needed to head out by 7 am. We went down to the breakfast at 6:40 to find about 10 people waiting and nothing out for breakfast. We waited about 5 minutes and then needed to head out. We had to go purchase breakfast somewhere else which was not what we expected.

Getting to the front desk and pool from our room was a little confusing. I think their could have been a few more mini slides on the kiddie pool. The inside kiddie pool was a little deep when coming down the castle slide

We came for the pool. We have stayed here before and my kids loved it, so we came back on another trip cross country. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great as well.

Nice hotel with a large indoor pool. It is located near many fast foods. Like others said, the shower curtain was too short, and the tub drained slowly. Breakfast was good. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and would stay again.

Would stay again. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness was top notch. Bathroom and shower were roomy. Only complaint I had was the shower curtain was a bit too short and it was almost impossible to not get water on the floor while showering. Great breakfast buffet.

Nothing was changed on our 2nd night.
Trash was still full, no new towels and no more cups or coffee. This was very disappointing especially since the room rate was increased for a Friday night stay.

Good clean room. Asked several times for bath sink to be fixed as it was draining slowly, not fixed during 2 night stay. Carpet in room filthy and stained. Asked about stains and was told owners know but won't replace. Overall nice place, great pool and pancake machine.

Excellent property for staying with toddlers. Many swim options to entertain the children, comfortable rooms, and several options for breakfast. We also bought our Noahs Ark tickets here- super convenient and cheaper than at the gates. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

I didn't ask for a handicap room yet I had one? small garbage cans. only one chair in the room need at least another chair, the beds are almost impossible to sit on. Had 3 people staying in room and and didn't have enough towels had to find housekeeping to get another set. I'm a IHG member and this is my last stay at the property.

Check in was very bad. I tried to check early at around 2pm but the front desk clerk told me to come back at 4pm bec our room was not ready yet. That time, I filled up the paper works so that it will be easier when I return at 4pm.
I went back at 4pm and found out that we don’t have room available for us. The room I payed in advance was given to another customer. They offered me a downgraded room which gave us no choice but to take it, since we were tired from a long drive and needed to rest badly (payed the same amount).
I’m very disappointed …they treated Expedia clients very poorly.
