Beautiful hotel. Booked a twin room in what is advertised as a forest view room. All we could see over the top of the roof of the other section of building was a few tree tops. There is no forest as the hotel backs onto a rocky cliff. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were quite firm and the pillows too soft to the point your head would would get encased in them. Buffet breakfast was included and considering the grandness of the hotel, just ok. Had the basic hot and cold options but not as much variety as other much less luxurious hotels I've stayed at. The indoor pool, spa and sauna areas are very good

Always wanted to go to Karlovy Vary and stay at the Grand Hotel Pupp. It lived up to all my expectations. The place hotel is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is indoors and stainless steel with several hot tub areas. The location is very convenient as everything is within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice hotel with Friendly staff. The hotel was clean and nice, and hotel breakfast was excellent. Only thing to complain about was that a hotel as Grand hotel pup with five stars i would ask more out of the room. The room felt a bit "old" (stayed in Riverside) , not enough charging points and stuff like that. When we stayed at the hotel the wifi did not work at our floor during the whole of our stay also meaning streaming service on the tv could not work either. We pointed this out but nothing happened. Other then that all is good and I recommend this hotel

Great hotel. Convenient location. We were across the street from the main hotel. Not an issue unless you want to go to the spa in your robe and slippers. Martin is an amazing concierge, and put together one of the most memorable experiences we had on our trip. Thank you.

Fantastic building and atmosphere! We had a wonderful stay and loved to discover bits of the hotel's long and impressive history. Abundant breakfast until 11. Stylish and pleasant pool. Altogether great value for money. The old part of Karlovy Vary is very beautiful, too. The hotel is located right at the end of the pedestrian zone with all its beautiful buildings and shopping opportunities.

We got the Depandance Pupp Quisisana suite. At first we were less excited about it because it is across the street from the main hotel with the spa and restaurant. But the suite was so stunning that we remained very satisfied.

The history and fame speak for itself. The rooms could use an upgrade but without doubt this is one of the really grand hotels in the world that is unique and worth the experience. Also a good value. Good restaurants as well and the service lives up to the grandness of the hotel.

This was my second stay while visiting Karlovy Vary for a weekend. We had family of 4 including 11 year old kid. We booked last minute so the only room for 4 was available in their anex building, which was beautiful, clean and renovated as well. My nephew enjoyed having jacuzzi in our room, which kept him intertained later in a day after swimming pull was closed. We enjoyed the Cafe with delightful desserts. Breakfast was very enjoyable with great choice of food. We jad donner at the restaurant and enjoyed our choices as well as the service. What could make our stay better is a better mattress, all 4 of us didn't sleep good amd woke up with stiffness in or backs, so we headed to the pool to relax afterwards. Our first stay was more enjoyable with the room in the main building, so I would recommend you to book the room in advance.

This was our second day at this hotel, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Karlovy Vary. Highly Recommend

Amazing stay. Reception organised early check-in for me. Service was quick and attentive. I had the pool to myself and a great hot stones massage. The room was huge! And the bed was comfortable. Loved it here.

Wonderful old hotel with modern spa, pool, and sauna facilities. Our Superior Room was a good size with a view over the courtyard and down the Main Street of Karlovy Vary. Staff were very helpful - English was well understood, as was Czech, Russian and Polish - and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with ample choice. Valet parking was easy. But mainly, the hotel is stately and the lobbies, corridors, restaurants and bars are bars are beautifully decorated and well maintained.

A grand old dame of a hotel. Great service, luxurious surroundings, great part of town on the riverbend with close access to restaurants and spas. Tasty, reasonably-priced, well-served main menu with four courses. Would return anytime.

We had a great stay at the Grandhotel Pupp. Room was clean and property is in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Definitely would recommend staying there!

The rooms are huge. Great reviews for the modern new wings only. The hotel was near a park and hill and I had a wonderful short walk and hike around the area.

Although I booked this as a 5* hotel but as a frequent traveler I must say that nothing felt like a 5* at all.

A very nice experience in this Belle Époque hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. When I indicated that one of us had birthday during the stay, a nice little cake was brought to our room. Beds are very comfortale and the room very quiet. We stayed in the not-yet renovated room with the river view. Three disadvantages come to my mind in a 5* hotel: 1) As in so many similar hotels, there is no night light in the bathroom! And most lights are generally bright and unpleasant. 2) No electric sockets where you need them, even at the writing desk, it is very difficult to plug anything in the obstructed socket. The room was obviously built when tourist did not need to charge any devices. I would expect this was solved in the renovated rooms. 3)Thermostat was not intuitive to use and always blinked when you walked around it. Breakfasts were fantastic. If you have "svíčková" for dinner, you will think it is the best one you have ever had in your life. And what I have to point out is that Vladimír the sommelier delivers a very good impression of the hotel. He is knowledgeable and very approachable, he even kindly showed us the wine storage as the birthday special... Obviously, he understands wines that the hotel offers and more. Thank you.

Our stay was a dream that came true. This hotel is such a jewel. The building. The amenities. The service. Simply the best!

The room was described as a room with forest view. But we saw only a cooper roof and a wall from the building behind the room. This room was not acceptabel for a reservation in a 5* Hotel. It was room 101 in the building beside the hotel. So I think that the Hotel with this room said to me : Please don not come back.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Service is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful, fantastic location, and great cocktails in the stunning bar. Definitely recommend.
