Easy access to highway. Room, hallways and brakfadt areas were clean. Bar and specials were a nice touch. Fiddlesticks Restaurant located near the hotel. I would stay again.

I thought the beds were great! It looked like they have updated the hotel a bit, new carpet, tub surrounds and a few other updates, which was nice. They had a good breakfast and a big area to eat in.

The room was okay. We hated the tv service. Complicated to use. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. Electrical sockets in bedroom did not all work. The faulty fire alarm woke us up at 5:00 am. Took the local FD 45 minutes to stroll in. No one from hotel checked on occupants. UNACCEPTABLE. The hotel has a "bar" if you want to call it that. Mediocre wine, three barstools. Hightops were pushed against the wall, but had no chairs. The bartender said the employees had taken them.He had a movie on very loudly and the "f" word was blaring. He spent more time going out for a smoke than actually serving us. He did not know how to open a bottle of wine and asked my husband if he wanted a lid for his g&t. He closed the bar before 9 each nite even though the sign said open until ten. You either have a bar or not. This was a NOT! Breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs appeared to be powdered and were awful. Checkout was okay. Relayed my story to EE and she apologized.

Nice property with a good hotel breakfast. AC in dining area was out the warm August morning I was there. Otherwise good overall experience

the breakfast is never great. It is conveniently located and the staff is helpful. Not a big fan of the 'hotel cat' that sleeps on the luggage carts and in the lobby.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly and cannot accommodate my needs. I’m a rewards member and I am very unhappy.

Fast check in. Would like it if the cost was a bit less. Felt like it was a bit much for a weeknight.

We stopped in for a night on a road teip. Room was great, good space. Just a little off the main roads

There was chipped paint throughout the room. The carpet was ripped in different places. A picture was missing from the wall above the bed. Evidently there were originally 2 matching pictures; the space where picture was missing had holes in the wall; it just appeared sloppy. The shower curtain rod was installed by nailing the ends of the rod to "two" 4 x 4 pieces of corkboard which were nailed to the wall. This was shoddy work - in addition to the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and lack of an adequate ceiling fan.We have stayed at Quality Inn & Suites many times over the past few years; however we might be searching for another place to stay in the future.

The front desk staff was friendly and our room was clean and very comfortable. There was a wonderful breakfast. We pass through Hannibal several times a year on our way to see family and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality inn and Suites in Hannibal. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool the most. They had an excellent selection for breakfast and was very tasty. Would definitly stay here again

Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good for my husband. I didn’t eat. TV worked. Third floor room was good because nobody could be heard above us. Happy with our stay.

The pool area had no towels and the pool was dirty. Windows in pool area had mold on them. Our bed smelled like someone left the sheets in the washer for days and didn’t rewash them. The shower only had Luke warm water if you turned it more than half way it shut the water off. Ugh..it just wasnt a great experience for us.

Lot of smokers sitting at the entrance, many with way too much to drink or smoke. So of course the lobby (and entry) reflects spilled drinks and nasty carpet that comes with that. I think there was a high number of worker-stays... Easy and big $$$

The lobby and service were nice. But, nothing else. We stayed in room 340 which must have been a former smoking room. It reeked of smoke. The carpet floors were covered in pet hair and styrofoam balls. The furniture was beat up and covered in grease spots. The air conditioner was very loud. And the view was of a garbage dumpster and roof top complete with a dead bird. We passed on breakfast fearing the cleanliness of the place. Even the floors at breakfast were super stick. Gross!

Traveled with family . There were several issues with the stay ! Our tv would not work , refrigerator froze all our food on one to 8 , tub drain and the bathroom sink had cracks in them . The air would not cool the room , then we all went to pool room to swim , no Exhaust, the chlorine was so strong that it burnt your eyes . Then we went to have their free breakfast and it was total garbage! We literally wasted $500 to stay in this place . We will never book here again and we will not recommend anyone to stay here !

The property was average. Nothing great about the hotel. Had some issues but nothing unexpected. Pillows were extremely lumpy

The shower was not working properly in our room and water not draining well either. Didn’t want to change rooms after unpacking. Room was otherwise clean. Vending machine on 3rd floor also ate my dollar bill and wouldn’t take my other, but hotel can’t do anything about it. Sigh. Hot breakfast was nice, but dining room needs nicer lighting - I do not like that dingy white/blue light around hotels, makes it feel cheap, please use soft lighting.
