This was a clean, affordable place to stay. The front desk staff were very hospitable and customer friendly, and our room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff and friendly service. Clean room and the pool was nice while we were there. The photo shows the rollercoaster in the background, so expect that. It wasn’t noisy or unpleasant until 6 am Sunday morning when they began testing the Judge Roy Scream Rollercoaster. They blared an extremely loud horn numerous times for about 45 minutes. Doesn’t reflect on the hotel, but if you want to sleep in, probably not the choice for you. Other than that, excellent stay.

Ok basic old motel. Put us in a room at first that was either occupied or had not been cleaned. If you don't mind roller coaster noise and a loud horn from 8am to 11pm it's an ok stay

TV had 1 channel & the desk clerk did not know how to work the remote. The comforter had cigarette burns in it. The pictures online were nothing like the actual room. Complimentary breakfast was under par. Distance from ball park about 1 1/2 mile & online stated 3 tenths mile. Stated fitness center but there wasn't, pool was unavailable.

This is one of the worst motels I have stayed in. I instantly noticed a cigarette smell as I entered. One of the bathroom lights didn't work so I had to take a shower in very dim light (basically having the door open). I found out that the reason that the room smelled was because there were several cigarette butts INSIDE the a/c unit, which meant that it was blowing that scent out and making me cough. I couldn't sleep there so I left and went with another hotel.

This hotel was nice for an overnight stay. The price was very discounted compared to other hotels in the Arlington/Fort Worth area on a Friday evening. The bed and pillows were to my liking and the shower had very good pressure. I would stay at this location again. Traffic is altered because of construction in the area.

Everything was okay. The carpet was worn. The indoor metal lock was missing. The deadbolt worked fine. The bed was a little firm for me. The linens were nice and clean. Overall the room seemed very clean. The Air/Heat was kinda loud. It’s close to six flags, a good location. I felt safe.

Purchased a non smoking room went to our room and it smelled terrible like smoke told front desk they came in with room spray guys were partying in the parking lot it was awful. Was told at first we could not get a refund they later called and said they would give it back.

This place was absolutely perfect for what i needed. It's obviously not going to be the best of the best so i didn't expect that but it was plenty nice for me. Everything in the room worked and was perfectly clean. The folks working there were all super nice, it's well lit and I definitely felt safe while i was there. Plus free breakfast! It's also perfect for a football or baseball game, you could easily walk to either if you needed. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend it if you need a spot to stay.

Used the hotel for one night for a Cowboys game. I was able to get a room three hours before listed check in time. I have used the hotel in the past and it suits my needs just fine. The family who owns and runs the hotel is fantastic. All I need is a place to sleep. Beds are comfortable.

The inn was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the ease of access to Six Flags as my grandson and I were able to walk there and back.

Staff was super helpful but room was get what you pay for! Hole in the wall behind the door, bathroom door was broke and tough beds. Oh well luckily only one night.

Mini-fridge was unplugged when we got there, had water inside and apparently it has been seeping out onto the floor in front of the fridge, so that part of the floor was wet.
The A/C & Heat unit in our room blew air, but the heater did not work. This was mid-December and pretty cold outside. Waking up to a 60 degree room is no fun.

Easy check in. The 1st room we checked in smellled like cigarette. We got moved yo a diffrent room. Bathroom was nicely remodeled. Our 1st night was nice and calm thev2nd night there was alot more people and the people in the next room was smoking marijana. After they left it was a nice again.

I have stayed here 4x now and before this stay, it was fantastic. But I found old clothes in room and then little black bugs (not bedbugs thank god) crawling around. It is a shame for before this stay, it was my fav hotel in the area based on price and excellent staff.

The Inn and Suites is alittle outdated. The room we stayed in had a very awful smell. This type of hotel/motel is typically not my kinda of stay but our friends were staying here. Chair and ottoman were so dirty I didn't want to sit on it to put my shoes on. The office chair was also dirty. You could hear right through the walls: whole conversations that other people were having.

I got to the hotel to Check in, they stayed they did not have reservations for me at the hotel and did not have the king suite available at all.horrible experience

Property has a very unique location. Some of the amenities of the room where they’re missing or disheveled. One of the nightstands was missing a handle. There was no clothes iron, but there was an empty iron holder attached to the wall. Toilet wobbled, and would sometimes not flush properly. Curtains were wide open so whenever we entered room and when we went to close them, one of them was broken and so it was unable to seal properly. Shower head covered in hard water stains and the hairdryer did not work. Other than that the room and location was fine for the evening.

Only stayed one night and have been charged for 2!! Still waiting on the refund that I was shown processed while we were there!! Room was noisy from the ac but did drown out the roller coaster from six flags outside!!

No frills hotel while in town three days for a Cowboys game. We walked to stadium and it was easy. Hotel staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was small but enough to get you by until lunch.
