DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY 💰 this place is DIRTY!!! Bathroom smells like mold, suite kitchen area smelled like urine, the floors were so dirty it was making the bottom of our feet BLACK!! there is NO bar or Restaurant as advertised, they close the pool as soon as the sun starts to set and if your lucky they will open it up around 11am! Such a disappointment to the kids who really wanted to swim. The second day they wouldn't open it because they said there was a treatment being done but you'd think on a busy holiday weekend this would have been done prior or after things calmed down. The AC struggled to keep it cool and had a dripping noise that was very loud, we had to buy a fan just to sleep, and even then we all sweat so badly while we tried to sleep. My kids said a bug was in t bed crawling on them in bed. If any other hotel had availabilty we would have left immediately. Staff was unaccommodating and wouldn't switch us rooms because we booked through expedia. All around awful hotel stay, quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We got dirty looks from staff whenever we walked past them or used the pool. The vending machines took our money and then only had one option for available drink when it finally did work. It was an awful experience and anyone considering staying should think again and choose another hotel. We hope we get a refund because it was a complete waste of money, and false advertising. Will not be back, if I could rate zero stars I would.

Underwhelming

There were roaches in the room. The free breakfast is very limited and the same thing daily. We checked out a day early and refused to work with Expedia and give a partial refund.

The room was disgusting and dirty. Had to go and get another room elsewhere to feel clean and safe.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were conformable even the pull out sofa bed was nice to lay on. The only real issue was the TV didn’t really come in clear. Alittle snowy even though it's hooks to cable. It wasnt a deal breaker because we got back late and checked out the following morning. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I would definitely stay rhere again.

This room was perfect for the large group we had. Beds were very comfortable. Room could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast was GREAT! Pool was super clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Laundry was not operable as stated on website, glass drug pipe with some meth/crack found by the bed, breakfast was better than some but just barely average, beds were comfortable and staff at front desk was nice. Had to use local laundry .5 miles down the road and visited a piggly wiggly for groceries that was decent. Nothing to brag about but it worked in a pinch.

Booked through Expedia & is much money for a room. I can’t control air conditioner. Called front office on a phone full of static. Sweating myself to sleep. Should have saved my money & slept in car where air conditioning works. Front office was no help. Wouldn’t answer ph 2nd time, couldn’t call 3rd time because room ph stopped working. Rooms look nice, but TV is only thing that works properly. Waste of money

The room was great. The pool looked inviting and clean, but we did not go in. The breakfast was good as well. The front desk people were efficient but not very friendly.

First of all the check in process was horrible we showed up 2 hours early with the possibility of checking in early nope the girl at the front desk was rude! Then we finally get checked in there is a phone in the room but it wasn’t connected to a phone line, had to go to the front to ask for extra towels, asked house keeping for extra towels on exchange for our dirty ones and was told no! The room looked like it had not been clean dust bunnies everywhere! The tub and shower were horrible and black! The bathroom door was falling apart, someone had to let you out so it didn’t get broken worse! The desk had a broken leg, the chair was ducked tape together! The sheets had stains and cigarette burns in them and to top off the freaking stay the police showed up outside our room to search a vehicle and a guy that was staying above us so at 11:30 at night I packed my family up and we left! Asked for the manager to call me because I refused to stay any longer and still have yet to get that call! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!

All around the property itself was not up to parts.. my room the bed was broke when I got in it was like I was on the floor.. The lock was broke I couldn’t double lock the door and on the wall it was o guess a bead roach someone had killed.. so over all I was very disappointed

Our room was nice and clean, however, The pool - which the kids were more bummed about - was closed when we stayed. The breakfast had limited choices, but it's decent if you're not looking for a large meal.

The lodge is ok ok. Seen few cockroaches in the room. The appliances are very old. The AC makes lot of noise which makes difficult to sleep. And the complimentary breakfast is almost same every day. The good thing is its close connectivity to the highway and is 30 mins away either to Hilton Island or to Savaanah

I liked the pool area and for the quietness.the fact that we had suìtes made it pleasurable nice space.What I didn't like was the uncleanness and bugs. Staff not so accommodating.

The hotel had a restaurant, bar, lounge as we had ordered. Unfortunately the front desk had no idea what time it opened. Which in fact it did not. Ice machine in our area did not work. There was no pool furniture at all around the pool area.

First room had a broken bottle by the front dwonty second room phone did not work and the bathtub was dirty

The bathroom in the room had a lot of fungus, my daughters couldn't sit down because it was very unhygienic.

Pool was closed for season, but no where was it indicated as a seasonal pool. They were spraying down outside windows when we arrived, that water ended up coming in under the door. The pull out sofa didnt have sheets available, so had to use the stained comforter with our own blankets. Mirror had smear marks all over it. Overall, would not recommend.

The rooms were decent and big. However, it does not look like they have been cleaned thoroughly. There were dust bunnies and hair strands in the bathroom and by the TV. The furniture was covered in dust. The area is very secluded and not much to eat around there.
