The hotel was nasty not clean at all the shower was dirty our sheets were stained yellow. The room had a nasty smell and the door didn’t have a latch to latch the top lock I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here this place is nasty

I usually stay at motel 6 and they are fine, but this time the hotel room smelled like cigar smoke and we were in a non smoking room. The bed has cigar burns and I will never stay there again. I rather pay 20 more and stay in a better hotel.

My room had a cockroach in it, the person at the front desk gave me a new room (4 doors down, so probably still infested) but was very rude about it and also was rude when I first checked in. Every surface had a stain on it, outside of the building had trash everywhere, the lock on my door was door was broken, there was loud music coming from multiple different rooms. Very disappointed, I had been up for over 24 hours from traveling and was so exhausted and didn’t even feel safe or comfortable when I was finally able to try to rest.

They charged my card before I got there. The room was flooded and smelled terrible. The staff was very nice and they refunded my card immediately because I could not stay there. I did not feel safe with what I saw around the property.

We had to be switched rooms twice. The first one had no AC. The second had water damage. The 3rd room was infested with roaches but we were so tired we settled.

HOT HOT HOT, A/C is a joke on this property. Brought it up with management and they basically said it's hot suck it up. Slept almost naked and i was still sweating all night. If there's any clouds above there is no TV service. They "clean" once a week (they just change sheets and towels). Too many shady people walking outside. Some of the clean towels they brought to the room had stains on them. Bugs everywhere (not the hotel's fault just the area).

Air didn't work. It was 100 degrees in room and they wouldn't let me try another room kept saying they didn't have any rooms available but hardly anyone was there and I seen plenty of vacant rooms

This property had mold, smelled super nasty really humid and musky.

AC didn’t cool room; reserved room 1 day in advance; 72 yr old; assigned the 2nd floor; reassigned to a room at opposite end of motel so was an effort to relocate but better to have working AC; water, towels & wet floor sign in motel office; NO DELI /SNACK BAR!! Just 2 vending machines; ice dispenser worked; desk help was polite; returned late from Knuckleheads to find sex-worker servicing customer in parking lot; guard & pit bull guarding the transaction seemed unconcerned; friendly transient type folks and load dogs in most of the rooms. Not suitable for children or teens. Room was clean enough for me but I’m not a clean freak. Location was very difficult to find/reach by car w/o iPhone assistance. Gives Motel Six a bad name but half price. NO SECURITY CHAIN ON DOOR!! Had been removed, probably for easier police access. Common in “by the hour” accommodations. Staff is completely unprofessional but was not rude to me. Animal House comes to mind.

Over night clerk was rude and he purposely gave me a room without air conditioning. The room has roaches. I would add a picture of bug if I could. The roach, not the rude desk man.

The ac didnt work and also leaked. Mold on shower pan. There was constanly a presence of law enforment. All around i would not recommend to anyone.

AC did not work. Was suppose to be non smoking room. Smelled smoke all night through ventsand walls. Window was not locked and had no screen. Flooring, base, and overall conditions of the room needed remodeled. Could see daylight at bottom of outside wall at floor. Will never stay at that motel 6 again.

I booked 2 months out I get there at 2 no early check in, I come back at 3 no rooms available due to no clean rooms , I come back at 430 finally able to check in , shower was dirty, bed sheets where dirty and not changed, property is deteriorating, staff was rude

A/C unit didnt work so was around 85 and muggy all night..most lights were bent or broke. Holes in blankets. Looked like water damage on everything. Bathroom sink sprays everywhere but in sink. Was no fridge or micro in room.

Air conditioning was not working properly! Asked to be moved or refunded they chose to refund my money! Waited 5 days and they only refunded me 364/431! They charged me a full night for the 20 mins I was checked in

I checked in at 10:53 PM, waited 5 minutes, my room made a loud noise from the AC which didn’t work. It was cooler outside than it was inside. I had to check out at 1:30 AM. I have stayed at many Motel 6’s because of my dogs and this was by far the worst. Thank God, that when I arrived at my destination in Iowa, the Front Desk Receptionist allowed me to check in early. I was able to get the sleep I couldn’t at Motel 6 Lenoxa.

The first room given was dirty and the second had roaches. There was trash everywhere and was not well maintained. It might’ve been cheap to stay but not that cheap!

Corp.office was very understanding and quick to help in anyway .......I did not like one single thing bout this place or the staff I truly do not recommend this place for any type of stay...

Dishonest Crooks Multiple problems with this booking starting with when I arrived I was told that there was no air conditioning there was no and then when I got into the room there was no fridge no microwave so then I go to maybe get some ice ice machine does not work they also charge me $11 and some change more than what we agreed to and what it said when I swipe my card in their machine I just never had this bad of an experience yeah in the room was in disrepair not even clean I've just never had this bad of an experience ever and I am 40 almost 1 years old and when I asked to be moved to a room or if I could be moved to a room with a microwave and a fridge they told me oh yeah but it's going to cost you more

The first room I went into smell like an ashtray so I had him change my room. The second room, the AC was not working properly and had water on the floor in the bathroom with some mold on the wall so I asked him to change me again. In the 3rd room the air conditioner wasn’t working in there, so I asked him for a refund and management gave me my money back would not recommend staying here if it is hot outside.

The first room I was given smelled like smoke and had no refrigerator. The second room smelled better, until I went to bed; the sheets smelled like smoke. The TV and ice machine didn't work. Less than satisfactory experience.

Roach infested. Saw one when we first arrived and hoped it was a fluke. I was ready to fall asleep before I saw one crawl on the bed in front of my face. Turned on the lights and they were everywhere. Couldn't stay after that. Went to check out and was told I'd need to call back in the morning to speak with someone about the issue. Left before midnight!

AC is not working. The room is always very hot and humid. Very cheap soap. Water flow is weak for washing hands and face. Also the room smells bad and stinky.

The ac in my first room wasn’t working but it was extremely hot, so I gave it about an hour to cool down. When it was still hot in the room, I asked the front desk about it only to be met with “you checked in an hour ago and you’re just now saying something?” I did move rooms but the ac in that room, while working, made the room incredibly humid.

The pool was closed. One bedsheet had a cigarette hole. The room was clean. One ceiling tile was hanging down.
