Stayed here for 10 days internet never worked one bit every time I ask staff about the internet they said they're working on it internet non-functional front desk not the friendliest

There's construction going on near the pool and the folks and yelling starting at 8:30 am in the morning. Also lot of drug addicts staying at this property I think we're making a lot of noise at night .

We wanted a non smoking room. When he entered it reaked of smoke. I am an asthmatic and couldn’t breath in the room. I asked for a new room. The man at the front was nice and understanding and placed me in a new room. We got to that one and turned on the tv. The tv had been smashed with something. We asked for a refund. It was given. The place was very dirty. Everything had a smell to it and the people wondering around looked horrible.

Some equipments in the house is not working well, the phone is not working, the toilet is not flushing smoothly, The faucet is not flowing smoothly and noiseing…

There was people outside that were making very suspicious transactions. Not a safe place. My room was suppose to be non smoking it smelled so much like smoke.

It was non smoking room but I can still smell smoke and the bed was uncomfortable. Asked for extra pillows and they didn’t have any available. Won’t be back again.

Staff was very nice, but the property is in poor condition. Beds were not comfortable, and the bathroom had trim falling off and some held on by blue painters tape.

I called wrong #6 I wanted south not north Expedia wouldn’t let me talk to someone to change it , so me & my Shepard had to sleep in car I would want my money back for there not good customer service . I don’t know where north is I don’t know Fremont ! I’m 70 yrs old no bueno, good
