Bugs behind the night stand, mold on the bathroom wall, homeless people laying around.... My car alarm was triggered during the night attempted entry

Didn’t have the best experience there. Before arriving I called to see if our room was going to be available. The front desk told me “not sure, when you come in you’ll find out”. The room was ready but there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in our room and hardly any towels. After a long drive, you don’t even want to deal with any of that. The doors are hard to open and close. On the second night we saw cockroaches in the bathroom. We called to move rooms but she said they were sold out. We have been trying to get a hold of the manager and have not heard back. We called corporate and they said they will reach out to the manager to have her contact me since it is a franchise. Overall the room did not feel clean nor did the doors feel secure. I do not recommend staying here. If you are by yourself I’m sure it’s not a problem but we have small kids. Only positive thing about it was in and out was across the street.

The property was clean and in good condition. The room was nice, it had a lot of space. There are other hotels, gas stations and fast food nearby. The tub in the room I was in needs to be refinished or replaced.

Room had no ventilation. Moisture build up on windows. Not normal. Bathroom had no fan working. Blankets and pillows were dirty. Friendly staff.

They don’t provide shampoo or hair conditioner or shower gel. The lamp on the wall was coming off so the switch didn’t work very well.

staff really rude when asked to use the restroom before checking in. a lot of homeless in the area. the room did not look like the picture on the website. bed uncomfortable and no shampoo or soap. i will not be staying here again. felt unsafe

Towels are the worst, no fan in bathroom, no microwave or refrigerator.

Property could use some upgrades. Cleanliness was subpar. Peeling paint and bathroom fan not working. Slight smell to the room. A small fridge in the room would have been convenient, however it was known there was none at time of booking.

Toilet bowl was so dirty. We booked for 4 and there was only 2 towels. We requested for one and it took them a long time to respond so we had to go to reception to grab it. The pillows are so flat and need to be replaced.

It was good but the lamp was broken and AC the knobs were broken so we had no control over the AC. I was fine with temperature but my hubby was cold.

There were random people sitting in front of the room and were asking for money and food.

I liked the area, I didn’t like that the room ceiling has mold

Bed and pillows were conformable, the sink was not very clean, the tub wouldn't drain well, it would benefit if it had a refrigerator and or a microwave, for the 3 days we stayed nobody webt to clean the room

The area about a block away was unsafe. The traffic along those streets was also very congested.

It was ugly they had people with dogs in there rooms my children were scared because men were walking around with there hands in their pants I felt unsafe

Property was well lot but very unsafe. Checkin was through a safety glass window. Room was old, smelled like urine as soon as you walked in, tub was molding. Do NOT stay here.

Staff was very accommodating A/C wasnt working and they replaced it. Needed an extra pillow and they brought it. Quiet place.

Parking is good.

I stayed here at motel 6 and my truck hitch was stolen . No to mention there was homeless people walking around . When I called they said they would call me back and I didn’t get a call back . I think I should get some compensation
