Overall decent motel with nice staff in somewhat sketcky area. Pets are welcome which earns a star on its own. Bring a blanket.

Well the check in process took over an hour efore we could get into a room after making the reservation online. The front desk person wasn't able to retrieve the reservation. The person from Hotel.com had to call to walk her thru the process which took additional time. I assume the lady feom Hotel.com thought she got it;however, she hang up the phone before lady could ask her another question so we had to call again. Second call help me & her but the system still couldn't process. In other words, it took over 1hr and half to get into our room at 4:45 am. So my experience with this was very stressful for me & the front desk clerk.

No refrigerator! Who does that? Half the outlets didn’t work and half the lights didn’t work. Not even a plate in the microwave or a lid on the toilet! The place needs work.

Parking was limited , truck& trailer took up several parking areas. There were no towels in my room. I booked a king room and was put in a double queen bed room. Cigarette burns on night stand

My daughter graduated Army basic training. We just wanted to enjoy her. Room was hot and humid. Floor was disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. A million literally so many people walking around they looked like they were on drugs. Definitely not a nice place to stay. Very unsafe environment.

property definitely needs work there were so many flies and bugs in my room i had to request a different room and there were less flies so i guess that’s good .. the sink was leaky and the property was just overall not great

I got eaten alive by bed bugs. Will never stay again.
