It’s a dirty little spot, but it’s conveniently located in the Staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable.

the staff at the reservation is very bad. bad behavior. They are not smart. I didn't know if they were taking drugs. I felt uncomfortable.

A/c hardly worked. Very dirty. Shopping carts by doors. Floor was nasty walls were nasty. Smoke detector missing off wall.

The owner was very nice, they took care of their buildings

It was the least expensive and we got what we paid for. Burnholes in the comforter in this nonsmoking room. Sink plug stuck down. Bathroom floor warped. No one in reception when we wanted to check out at 8 AM. Room smelled kind of funny. Customer service wasn't very good for any of the three interactions.

The bed was not made in the first room, the floor was dirty. Switched to another room where you kind of shower in standing water. It does not run properly same thing with the vanity.

I loved it that it was an old motel 6.

Everything went well. No issues and a good price. I didn't like giving a $100 deposit, but i got it back as soon as I checked out.

I was on a business trip and just needed one night and luckily only one night. As stated in the Title room 307 should be condemned. I understand at the rate i was paying that it would not be the Palace and truly all my problems were to be found during my morning routine. The problems started with the shower head spraying water from where it connected to the plumbing through the wall. Luckily i keep tools, including plyers, in my safety car kit to tighten up the fitting. Next i was never able to get truly hot water to shower but i made due with warm and did wash body and hair. The biggest issue arose when i dried my one leg then stepped out to dry the other. While standing on one foot i began to sink into the floor royghly 8 inches. The sub floor and joists most likely are rotted and i was only supported by the vinyl wood grain looking flooring.

This place was disgusting! The room had a horrible funky smell! The floor had soft spots in like you might fall through. There was nasty stuff on the walls. The bathroom door had been busted in. Illegal aliens all around. Creeping around us as we were getting our bags. Very uncomfortable! They wouldn’t refund our money when we refused to stay. Worst place I’ve ever seen! Shouldn’t be open to public. Leave it for the illegals and sex offenders!!

This was the most disgusting place ive ever walked into. The room was filthy, sheets were dirty and stained, the pillows 2 had pillow cases i had none and they were all dirty and sweat stained, the floor was sticky, walls were filthy. I walked right out and went up to the office they gave my deposit back but would not give me my money back for the room. They said i was not back in 15 min so they couldnt refund me, Horriblw place RUN.

It was fine nothing fancy, but good rate.

We got to our room and got in, not realizing that the lock was broken. When we left as we had tickets to a local baseball game. The door would not lock. We went up to the front desk and dialed the number. They said to call if you had problems and it was an incorrect number. The only reason we found someone to help is they were walking around outside. The staff was nice but a very average hotel and the room was not very clean. A lot of dust.

AC and heat was not working burning smell was coming out

We ended up at the Rodeway when another hotel in town had no record of our reservation notwithstanding a confirmation number. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom in dire need of an upgrade. Sitting on the toilet the equivalent of being on a rocking horse. Even though room paid in full prior to arrival, guests are required to pay a $100 refundable deposit which I did via credit card. The clerk said the refund would take a few days. As I write this it has been three days since check out and I am still waiting.

Rooms and bathroom and bed sheets where very dirty and rooms had a mold smell too and I know cause I work for a cleaning company for schools and believe me that was disgusting .

Very clean annd comfy bed and nice front desk staff! Only wish they had hair dryers in the room. Also; no breakfast or coffee but for the price; can’t really argue :)

Fine for the price. No frills but clean and in a good location near I99 and activities.

Dirty, outdated and poor repair. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and had burn marks on edge of tub.

Stay at Rodeway Inn was spectacular

It was a decent, older hotel. The location was right and so was the price. It suited my purposes well and would use again in a similar situation

The area was nice and the hotel was clean. My wife and I will go back again if in area

1 of the beds the comforter had a blood smear, the other the comforter was stained also. The bathroom the tub had spider webs in it and the faucet leaked when the shower was on so the pressure was poor.
