This place is basic. Motel 5.5 instead of Motel 6...lol. It's just an old place. Got what I paid for, nothing fancy at all, but it was a place to lay my head for the night.

Tried to check in an hour early and was told we couldn't and when we returned after the Razorback game, we're told they didn't have a reservation for us so charged us for another room, so I was charged for two rooms at a very old run-down Motel 6.

It served the purpose, but just not good at all.

We walked in and there was roaches in the room and then the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund

I had no issues during my stay. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I could hear everything going on outside my room. Fortunately, no one was hanging out there late at night. There was a major drip from the bathtub faucet.

The only real problem I had is there was no coffee pot in the room, and the light right outside the door, even with closing the curtains it still came through the curtains, other than that it was great I had no problems checking in or out.

I drove into town from California, tired and sleepy. Made reservations that morning and continued towards the hotel. I arrived in town at 12:30pm and 98°. So I called and asked for a possible early check-in and was told no, check in is at 3pm. I went ahead and mentioned that I was just arriving from a long drive, if he could call to let me know when one was available. He asked for my number, which of course I gave it to him. Unfortunately I never received a call. I went in at 3pm and got my room. Sadly there's no appreciation for it's customers at this location.

It was good

It was so bad I ended up not staying and had to go somewhere else. Experian kept cutting me off when I called about it. The room smelled awful and was unclean. The location appeared unsafe. My wife refused to stay here. I think that will be the last time I use Experian.

My tv was not working, i called the front desk and the clerk was very nice and polite. he quickly called maintenance and they were able to maker it work in a few minutes. Very please with C.S.

Noisy all night. Poor maintenance. Bathtub gross. Ac loud enough to wake me up when it kicked on. No refund for checking out a day early, even though front desk guy said they would. Just a terrible experience all around.

POEPLE WERE RUDE AND POOL WAS CLOSE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGIAN PAID FOR TWO NIGHT STAY ONE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ANU MONEY BACK

Needs a real deep cleaning of all the rooms and definitely better cleaning staff

POLICE presence is always an indication that trouble is lurking. Rather noisy, inconsiderate neighbors.

The evening clerk would not accept my state issued ID and I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager tobarrive so I could check in. What made itbworse was when we finally got to our room at 11:30at night, it was hot and humid as the AC was off. It literally did not cool off until arpund 3 am. I get saving money when a room is not in use, but if a room is going to be occupied, you cant turn the unit completely off and leave the guests to suffer. Set it to 78. My understanding is it typically requires more electricity to cool off a home than it doea to maintain the temp. Im sure its thr same in a hotel room. That unit ran nonstop for 4 hoursbtrying to cool it off.

Not bad for the price but they advertise pool and laundry and both are broken.

We were please with our stay even though we found a bug in our bed and one on the wall.

It felt unsafe—sketchy people outside by the front door and in the parked cars. The property is very dingy and smelly. The room and bathroom are dirty and disgusting.

The stay was great, the fact that hotel.com overchared 188.73 is the only problem i have, still waiting on refund

The floor of pur room had soft spots where we thought it would fall in. Witnessed

They dont even have shampoo and conditioner. There is multiple holes in the wall, and it stinks like hell. Also their pool has been out of service for months lol. Not worth 80 a night or 50. 😂

It was good enough for the price but they didn't have pool open tubs were really small and rigged up but what do you expect for something that cheap

Missing weather strip along half the doorframe, I’m assuming this is why we were met with 20 plus dead and dying June bugs at the threshold and then a few more thru out the entire room. A dead fly was found on the bed. The tub had a large dark stained crack along the bottom so we didn’t dare shower or bathe
