They are always great at motel 6 very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is right next to the freeway. So you hear the traffic going by. There are some places to eat near by and a Walgreens near by as well.

Disgusting!! The room was so gross, particularly the bathroom. The shower curtain had that pink mildew at the bottom as it had been so long since it had been washed. There was brown splatter on the side of the wall, and I used a towel to wipe up a bit of water on the floor and it ended up black. One side of the bed smelled like urine. Thankfully, it was only me as it would’ve been unbearable for the other person to sleep on that side. I was at a wedding and a bridesmaid and couldn’t switch rooms. This is fraud and in any other industry, it would be criminal as I was charged $150 for this room . It was absolutely horrendous and just right down disgusting. The one lady was really nice however, the guy who checked me in so rude. If you can at all, avoid this property, do as you will be disappointed.

Arrived at 7:45 PM and the room wasn't ready yet. It took until 8:45 PM to be able to get into a room that should have been ready at 3:00 PM. Then I found dirty towels, trash on the floor, long hair in the refrig, etc. I've stayed her before and not had these problems.

Cheap place to sleep. Was in a nonsmoking room but it had a lingering smoke smell. Could hear the highway and other guests pretty clearly from my room.

Couldn't check in until 6pm because the rooms weren't - room was filthy. Non-smoking apparently doesn't exist.

The bulb in shower didn't work. Washroom was dirty. Shower curtains had pins that hold curtains that were very sharp and made me bleed. I didn't complain to anyone but they should fix these problems

Not so good because when we get there at 3pm the room is not yet clean & ready. We wait for many hours then we came back 9pm just to get a room key before we went out to eat then came back 1:00 AM & found the room has a smell of urine in the floor area & also microwave & fridge are both dirty. Hard to sleep with a bad smell around.

Staff where all vary nice. The room was ok except for the door had at least a 2in open gap all the way under and a 1in gap all the way top to bottom of locking side . That didn't help with the nonstop roaring of i5 sounding like it was running through the room all night and day even felt the building shake at times.

Dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Homeless camping in cars, urine smell everywhere, in and out. Dog excrement outside in all grass/dirt places. Possible fleas in room, No mopped floors. Tore pillows with smelly linen.

Bare bones motel 6 along freeway. Limited parking. No room key available, so desk clerk let us in, but said we'd not be able to get back in unless we left door open. Room smelled of cigarettes. Beds were comfortable, though one was backed up to ac until so blew on us all night.

The staff were kind and did the best they could, no qualms with the staff. However, the room we reserved was not available when we arrived. We were put in another room, but it also wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went out to get dinner. Came back and the office was closed. When we finally got into the room, the AC didn’t work (despite being told it did).

I love that there were so many options for late night eating. I didn’t like that our room only had a shower, however, it was a very large bathroom.

The motel was convenient (walkable) to gas station, various fast food restaurants etc, which was handy. Our room was facing the freeway and it was quite noisy…but the value for cost of the motel was great, most reasonable motel in the area and the pool was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Minor suggestion…the parking lot could use a good sweep.

The room smelled like it had recently been all wiped down with Pinesol. Floors were slippery, all surfaces were oily, desk, table,fridge, bathroom counter. Shower had not been cleaned recently.Toilet seat lifted up had pee all over it. Behind the toilet was so filthy like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. I wish I had taken a picture of what I had wiped from behind the toilet. If we hadnt arrived at 1030pm and were so tired we would have been out of there. Had to get a blanket from our car to put over the dirt stained pillowcases just so we could sleep.

Right on the freeway and felt unsafe. Last minute booking was helpful and affordable, but location was unfortunate

We booked through Expedia and when we arrived, there were no regular rooms available.
They offered us a room that only locked from the inside, or a smoking room. This was completely unacceptable and we asked for a refund. We were told that we had to contact Expedia for the refund. They also told us to let Expedia know that the hotel could only be contacted by email as their phone system was out of order.
We are still fighting for our 2 night refund.

My only complaints were that there were so many handicapped parking spaces near room 118 that we had to park quite far away, which was a pain. Also, the pool sure could use service. Other than that, we had a good time. Thank you.

The employee who checked me in was AMAZING! She engaged with me as made me feel welcome. She didn't just "do her job" but she had such a pleasant attitunde and was approachable. I can't recall her name but she worked on 6.15.2024 at 8 PM. She even gave recommendations of where to eat.

Very noisy next to I5. Bathroom not clean. But they let us check in early, on a graduation weekend. Otherwise your basic Motel 6
