Our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Sheridan was terribly overpriced and so disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, and after 3 times trying to get breakfast (they ran out of food) we ordered Door Dash from a local restaurant and had to sit outside the hotel because there wasn't enough seating inside. Don't stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites! I asked the manager for some type of refund which he refused.

Beds were squeaky but comfortable. Batgroom shower curtain was just grossvon tge insideb of the shower, there was hair on the shower walls and on the bathroom floor. Bathroom definitely could have used more attention. For the cost of the room.

I have stayed here before and like the quiet, the safety, the confidence of the freeway and the easy parking.

Says it's dog friendly but it really isn't. The floors are all hardwood, not very comfortable for dogs to sleep at night then the dog restroom area is off the property. I'm on the opposite side of the building and had to try to force my dog not to use the restroom until we got all the way across the parking lot, passing several grass areas. Elevator is broke and had to watch an elderly couple try to get to their room on the third floor.

For the cost of the rooms-$241. a night, the rooms are small, tv didn't work, tub would not drain, breakfast was ok, could not get any extra coffee after 9:00 am. Hard to find a parking place.

The remote to our tv didn’t even work, the tv had one channel. The bed was like a rock. The guy that was checking us in was very friendly, but other than that, this was terrible.

This is a nice hotel with easy access to the interstate. There’s no food within walking distance, though, and the smaller queen room (with 1 bed) is so small there’s no place to open up a suitcase. Staff was friendly but apparently didn’t quite have all the steps in place, as the sound of someone trying to get into “their” room at 10:45 pm was a bit of a rude awakening. After we shouted ‘wrong room,’ the noise stopped and a minute later the phone rang. It was the front desk, asking for our name. They apparently found another room for the other guest as we heard nothing else. There is also a sign on the building saying it is forbidden to walk dogs on the premises. Considering it is a pet-friendly hotel, it begs the question of where to walk the dogs. There are many polite ways to direct pet owners to the appropriate spot to walk the dog. This isn’t one of them.

The room was tiny - very tight. It had 2 full beds and you could barely get around in the room. There was a little desk with a chair as you walked in but you couldn't move the chair anywhere else in the room as there was no room for it. The beds were okay except that if you had more than 2 people in the room, it would be sooo crowded. There wasn't any food when we went down to eat at 7am (except waffles). No one was minding the area to replenish. The oj just spout out water. We were a little disappointed with this stay. The area was nice. The staff were nice. It was clean.

Memorial Day weekend we Arrived at 3:00 pm and they would not let us check in. Rooms were clean but Hotel was very noisy. Check out was a breeze, but then I discovered I was over charged for the room. After calling several times to get a manager on duty, we discussed the bill, and after the call he hung up on me. Still waiting for the credit to appear on my card.

The property was fine! Easy access from the Highway.

Thermostat in room did not work—room became too warm. Breakfast area too small .

The night front desk person was great. Breakfast was ok. The biggest concern we had here was a toilet that wouldnt flush and the electrical outlets didn't work in the bathroom.

Our room was DIRTY! It was clear that it had not been taken care of for quit some time. LOTS of crumbs along the edge. Couple old pieces of candy and my son even found a curdled cup of milk. Breakfast was not good either. Burnt and just tasted 'old'

Clean room. I didn’t like this hotel. It was old, the hallways very narrow and it had very dark carpeting with white walls. Not cheerful at all. My room was a “suite?”. The sofa was so low to the floor I couldn’t get out of it. It was facing the bed. The desk person was polite but offered nothing but “ breakfast at 7-9:30 and leave your key when you check out. The seating area for breakfast was either sit at a long counter and stair into a dark blue wall or sit at one of 2 tables. Breakfast offering was marginal. You get what you pay for and this hotel is “The Basics”. If you are on a budget then “go for it”.

Room was exceptionally small. One person ok. Could not pass between bathroom in the room. Clostrophobic

Comfortable and safe place to stay but the top comforter had what may have been ketchup or blood stains on it. But was too tired at midnight to care too much. Otherwise nice place

We stayed one night during our travels. The front desk staff was totally uninterested in any conversation. There was no service person at the front desk available to check us out, so we just left.

Great place to stay. Would stay again.
