Good hotel with lovely staff & excellent shuttle at 4:30 am! They even put coffee in a out for the shuttle passengers. Only complaint was very hard beds.

I think it's not clear enough that the airport transfer is not included, it is 2 euro each way. The staff were nice enough, and the noon checkout is good for those dealing with jetlag. Overall the hotel was nice but not exceptional in any way.

Hotel was good and staff was great - very friendly and helpful.
Uber does not easily pick up from here so if you are going to pop into old town...take the bus and underground. Its easy and cheaper!

There isn’t a lot of choices if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, but the Ramada is an ok option. It was clean, it has a good restaurant, and a quick shuttle ride to the airport.

One night stay. We did not have hot water in the morning. No explanation, apologies or any other response from the staff, except 'That's life, things happen...'
Lost about 30 mins time by having the hotel shuttle returning us back to the airport, while we clearly said we age "going to the city". The bus from the airport stops literally next to the hotel main entry.

This is a good place to stay the night before flying home. It's at the airport, they have a shuttle and the bus stop for the airport bus is 50 meters from the hotel

We stayed for one night before our early morning flight. The staff was very friendly, easy check in, hotel offers a free shuttle to terminals which is very convenient and takes just a few minutes. Hotel has a restaurant.

I received all the products and services as advertised and that are expected from an airport hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the bathroom was newly renovated, beds were comfortable and storage space was ample. I took one star off for Property Conditions because the carpets need to be replaced. They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!

The hotel and grounds were really clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some common areas such as hallway carpets were showing some age but they were clean and maintained. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable.

The property is bare bones, but that is sufficient for the purpose – one night before /after your flight. When you arrive there is a landline phone at the terminal information desk where you can call for shuttle. In the morning shuttle is very busy, but local buses to terminals run every 5 minutes just across the road.

This hotel is close to the airport, offering a free airport shuttle service even for early departures. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is easily reachable by city transportation. The hotel staff is helpful - we could store our suitcases on the property before the check-in, free of charge so that we could go and enjoy the city.
We did not need to use the hotel restaurant since we dined in the city. Tip: Buy yourself a transportation pass for a day to get easily all across Prague.
