This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything from the grounds, pool, rooms and lobby were stunning. Drinks on the terrace at sunset, with the sound of the church bells was amazing, I will definitely be returning!

Stunning hotel, amazing facilities and friendly staff.

Some of the staff's actions were very unpleasant. At this price, I think I can stay in a hotel with much better service and quality. Of course, there was nothing to blame, but it was a hotel with nothing special.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Service was beyond impeccable - every staff member was welcoming and helpful. They were ready to make this experience perfect in every way. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay that will always be one of our most memorable! The location is perfectly storybook!We were upgraded to a prestige deluxe room that was spacious and fresh. Large bathroom with semi-private grass terrace. Staff all polite and well trained. The food and drink excellent. Valet Team unbelievably professional and efficient- they even washed our car and sent us off with a six pack of macarons!

This property is stunning. The view from the hotel is truly stunning. I love how everything was so close and only walking distance. Excellent service. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast was truly amazing. The only issue I had was the door knob, otherwise we had an amazing stay.

Airelles La Bastide de Gordes was the most dreamy hotel I have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of with the utmost hospitality. The grounds are impeccably manicured, the staff was thoughtful and considerate, and the pool is simply beautiful. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice hotel, comfortable, friendly staffs, always quick reaction for room services, complimentary mini bar in room with lots of choices. We had a very relaxing night at the village.

My wife and I stayed here on a recent trip to Provence. It was recommended by our dear Friends who are French and wanted to ensure we had a fantastic stay in their country. Well, they and the hotel did not disappoint. It was simply amazing! The hotel and location are fantastic! You literally walk out the front door into the village. It’s also well located for other excursions in the area. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. All of that said, it’s the service that makes the hotel stand on a level by itself. Let’s just state, yes, this is an expensive hotel. That said, the service is fantastic. It’s rivals that of an Aman . We stayed other very nice hotels on this trip (none of the others were recommended by our French friends), none came close in terms of service. Few other hotels we have stayed at in the past compare all. The physical plant and rooms are exceptional as well. The rooms are a nice mixture of traditional with modern amenities. Very well executed. However, the service is what make La Bastide stand out. If you have read this far, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. A tip (and a nit). When we arrived we were offered an upgraded room. We had reserved a valley view room (highly recommend), and were offered a larger valley view room. Without first seeing our original room we paid for the upgrade. Unfortunately the “upgrade” was on the pool level and offered views of umbrellas rather than the valley. (We could and should have said something)

The hotel facilities are excellent with a special kids area and kids pool! The hotel is located basically in the village making it the perfect location with incredible views. This is an exceptional hotel in an amazing location. If you come, it’s important to take time at the hotel and enjoy all it offers: from the sunset on the patio, to the beautiful patio and garden areas. Staff is very kind and helpful.

It's a marvellous hotel in a very special location - however if you feel like a light meal & the weather prevents you from sitting on the terrace your option is the bar which is small & can be crowded in poor weather.

Unbelievable hotel and amazing staff. Only downside would be the EXTORTIONATE food and drink prices in the hotel.

Although rooms are a bit small, they are impecable and beds and pillows are very comfortable and fluffy. The staff is always attentive to the guest and every detail, whatever you need, you'll have it in a second. Great customer attention to basically everything you need or do since the moment you park in front (when they'll greet you and proceed to park your car and give you a detailed tour of the hotel) til the momento you're off again (for us, in a hot summer day, the bell boy even went back in to bring us some ice-cold water for the road). This attention to detail and pampering is really what you pay for.

Wonderful place. The classic rooms are lovely but very small. Ask for a deluxe with views of the valley.
