The room was very clean. Hot tub was not in service- would have appreciated knowing this before we got there. It wouldn't have changed where we stayed, but would have changed our timeline. Minor disappointment.

When I tried to pay a tip for the breakfast in cash, they said they don't take cash. I refused to put a $3 tip on a credit card for the room.
Also, when I first checked in, they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. That was a little scary. I had to wait on the floor for the desk person to come up with a different key to a different room.

The only downfall was the pool was really cold, but my kids didn't mind.

The toilet was clogged when we got to our room. Things happen, I understand. Additionally, we didn't get the room that we had paid for. Very disappointed. The pool was cold. We won't be staying at any Hilton properties again.

The bed was not great. Just a mattress on a platform, no box spring. Sagged when sat on. Shower was very poor flow. Noisy air-conditioning unit.

Everything about this stay was great, except the fact that they had the air conditioning on so high in our room when we checked in that it took a very long time to get it to a suitable temperature by the time we went to bed. And the lobby was so cold that it was very uncomfortable to walk thru, as well as to eat breakfast in. In this era of climate change I find it extremely disturbing to see this waste of energy. I would also love to see some recycling containers in the room.

We've stayed here several times over the last two years but decided its time to use a new hotel. The house keeping is a problem. They dont have, or choose to not use, mattress pads on the beds. Also (the big one), they dont use sheets. You have a fitted sheet on the mattress then a quilted blanket. As there are no quilted blankets on the service carts I assume they dont get changed between guests...Yuck. Our room was on the second floor where apparently the staff hangs out to sit for long periods looking at their phone. Management must have changed. Its not the same hotel were used too.

Found a contact lens and a chip out of the tub floor but these were both really minor and our room was very clean and welcoming. Hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Carpets had multiple large stains as well as the box frame of the bed. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying in the next room at normal speaking volumes. Nice location and safe area.

The host when i checked in was not nice to say the least but Michael when i checked out was excellent. Not only did he fix the previous problems made by the other gentlemen but was just a genuine person. Michael is the epitome of hospitality.

I think the front desk could do a better job at greeting new guests. When we checked out we had a very nice young man greet us, and that's what the lady at check-in should have done. She just looked at us without saying anything until we said we're here to check in.

Clean, modern hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room layout was nice - small couch with moveabke foot rest and “c” table was an excellent feature. Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice feature as well. Pool area was nice, although the heater was broken the weekend of my stay. I was there for a weekend-long group event and the only negative about the stay was evening staff did not know how to control the temperature in our conference room and we asked a few times to have the overflowing conference room garbage emptied and no one came. The day time staff did an excellent job, and remedied things right away in the morning.

I smoke and I loved the fact that this hotel offered a smoking oasis that was heated!! Smoking is not a common thing anymore and the fact that this was an amenity offered to guests made me extremely happy! I also enjoyed the clean rooms, comfortable pillows and bedding. I was able to relax and rest as if I was in my own home. Not to mention the staff was very helpful and kind. I will continue to stay at Hilton’s on future vacations and recommend to all my family and friends.

Overall decent experience. There we a dirty towel left on top or my shower and coffee maker was broken. When I called for coffee no one ever showed up with it.

My husband, myself and our child had stayed here as the location wasnt bad at all and it wasnt too far away from the childrens hospital.
The front desk attendees were absolutely wonderful, so kind and friendly. Our room was in a magnificent spot and we had easy access to the pool. The pool was amazing, the chlorine wasnt too much or too little it was just right. The hot tub could have been a bit warmer but it was still relaxing.

We got a room to sleep 3 with a pull out couch… our pull out couch had no linens and there was none in the room. We asked for some and none were delivered. We went to the desk and they gave us linens but no pillows .. tried again an hour later and was told we would get one to our room in 5 minutes … still don’t have a pillow …

Usually I love staying here, but this time they charged my card upon leaving for a full nights stay and my bank reported it as fraud and I had to be issued a new card. Incredibly frustrating. The girl who I spoke to when I called was incredibly rude and not helpful.

My husband and I stayed for three nights. The room(king) was spacious and clean. Front desk was so courteous and paid attentionto any needs.
