My assigned room is next to freeway, constant traffic noise. The AC unit doesn’t work properly & noisy. Beddings are not comfortable, pillows are very soft. Breakfast is grab & go, coffee ran out by 8:00, granola bars, packaged muffins, instant oats. Location is convenient.

Refrigerator not cooling and light bulbs are not replaced since some are not working.

Overall, for the price. Its not terrible. Ppl were nice. I would recommend spending a couple $$ more and staying somewhere nicer. But if you are pn a budget like i was, its perfect.

We have stayed in ESA’s before as they are dog friendly and have a kitchen. Room was clean enough but the outside floors, elevator ect. Were absolutely filthy. Grounds and trash amoung other less disarable tenants in and around the building. Police were present on 3 out of our 7 night stay😢

I was able to check in almost an hour early and appreciated the hospitality

The manager was terrible at customer service. Dog feces all around the entrance areas. Other staff members were very pleasant.

We booked for the weekend and we didn’t enjoy the breakfast it was only small baagof blueberry muffins and coffee. My wife and I didn’t drink coffee .THAT WAS NOT BREAKFAST AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISED IT WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM. May wife and I had to due our own service like getting our own towels blankets from the office no room service at all we had to service our self s ants in our room and shower Upon arrival front desk lady didn’t know what side our room was at. Ivan who gave me all the clean blankets and towels was the nicest employee he was a great person so polite and did excellent.Never again I’ll stay there

This stay was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I requested a downstairs room because I have a service dog and we needed to be close to outside because of my medical condition. There were none available, so we were put on the third floor at the end of the hall. We went to the elevator, and it was full. It appeared people were moving in. They used all the loading carts, so none were available. After stepping onto the elevator, the smell was horrendous. The elevator was very dirty. The instance we got off the elevator the stench of Marijuana filled the hallway. We entered the room which didn't smell much better. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Around the bottom of the toilet had gunk where it had not been cleaned. There was dirt around all the baseboards. The stay was very uncomfortable. Will not ever stay there again and believe me no recommendations. It appeared the rooms were being occupied by the unhoused. The breakfast consisted of a granola bar, a small muffin and coffee. Unfortunately, getting to breakfast at 0800 was a little too late. Limited on what was left. I don't usually leave a review, but this was terrible. I use Expedia for all my reservations and hoping a refund is in order.

The staff was great. However the facility itself was run down. The kitchenette could use an update.

The cleanliness was perfect and the staff were wonderful. The only suggestion I have is to have something in the bathroom to put your bathroom necessities on. We had to use the back of the toilet and that just isn't good. Toothbrushes just don't belong there.

Property was dirty and not at all taken care of. Staff were unfriendly and the rooms were gross. Walls were thin and could hear everything. Breakfast was a joke just a stupid mufffin, granola bar and instant coffee. I will never stay here again. I ended up leaving early and got a new hotel room.

Very nice staff

My family was very disappointed in our stay. The keys stopped working on our room once a day and constantly had to be asked to be reset. The staff barely confirmed it was our room before giving a new key. The room/hotel conditions were barely acceptable, not taken care of over time. The pillows were 1/2 inch thick, the toilet and chair were broken. The side door to the hotel didn't take a card one time in a week. I asked for extra pillows, blanket for my son, roll away bed or towels and all were denied because they didn't have enough. Tons of vagrants around the property. One drugged out looking dude hung around the outside with a clown mask and no one did anything about it. Freaked out my kid. Not a good experience.

Hotel needs upgrades .

The hotel claims to have breakfast. In fact, it was a snack bar only! We asked for plates and silverware, the staff told me that she could not find the knives?!

I did not like that we had to go and ask for items in our kitchen and bathroom. The hallway had an odor, could have been food being prepared in the other rooms but overall not pleasing. The floors, in the kitchen and around the bed, were sticky.

Uncomfortable beds, pillows, and overall experience.

The staff is amazing, and very helpful, especially Jordan and Evan. They do everything to accommodate the customer and extremely helpful.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value.

It was nice. Good location to area attractions we were attending for the trip.

Stay was wonderful, staff were friendly and sincerely accommodating and went out of their way to assist me. The location was ideal for shopping and dining. Easy access to freeway and to my events. Studio, full kitchen setup was a very welcome surprise. Room very neat and clean. Thank you. I look forward to another stay.

Carpets aré disgusting

The manager Jordan went out of his way and was so helpful, so was Evan at the front desk very clean and quiet and safe. Will come back again.

The front desk staff was awesome! Jordan went Out of his way to help me when I had issues with reservation. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
