Great location with wonderful restaurants, shops and cafes neaby. I would have liked a little more information in the room on the local neighborhood. Also some snacks in the hotel would have been a nice touch.

The stay was okay, but we have experienced a small problem, by losing our cellular phone. And the help was very limited, the hotel has security cameras, but they weren't very cooperative with this. The parking locations are very far away, at least 4 to 10 minutes. Also, at first I was instructed to park by the hospital, and the instruction wasn't very good, night in an unfamiliar street and dark, the first time you don't know where you are going. Also, we had an issue with how to pay at that parking lot.

Close to the Grote Markt and the shops in the city centre. The area isn't exactly quiet but the rooms are well protected and those away from the street have a magnificent view.

This hotel has a great location in my opinion. While it is on a street with some stores and cafés next to it (including a beautiful organic garden in the backyard next door) it is only minutes away from the center of the city with countless shops, restaurants, super markets, parking options, bus and traindl stations, and a lot more. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast buffett is nice, and the loby is inviting to take a drink with the family or to grab some late night snacks.
