Bathroom stole backed up. Got up early to go hunting and it was before 6am. I was going to get some juice but it was out of order, food was all in the warmer so I asked if I could get a plate but was told no because it was not 6am. Next morning went out a 6am still no juice and by 6:30am started to run out of food for the other people coming out to eat. The other person I was with went to eat and he said they had not got anymore made so we just left.

Was def a pleasure staying there! Washer and dryer was a plus for us! Great staff!

Lovely stay on the edge of an interesting, quiet town. Easy access to local attractions. Deer in the car park!

The whole facility needs to refreshed or torn down and start again

I would never stay at this property. First room we checked into was very dirty and one of the queen beds was broken and on the floor. Second room was better but still very dirty. The rooms are very dated. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee at breakfast.

Not very friendly towards us reasonably priced but higher than Expedia quoted me stayed two days manager looked annoyed when I told her needed more biscuits she looked mad the whole time

Very friendly staff. Super reasonable price and very large, comfortable room. Not at all upscale, but very well kept. Second time to the property in 3 years. Does not disappoint.

Bad experience checking in as they couldn’t find reservation! Man smelled of booze and unprofessional!

Our first assigned room was already occupied, but fortunately another one (slight free upgrade) was available. The room was clean, good beds, all fine. We had some problems getting the door to open with the cardkey in the morning, but it may have been user error. The breakfast is good (eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles) although all of it was incredibly salty. The coffee was thin, there were tea bags.

The complementary breakfast was an edible.

Place seemed clean except bathroom floor was sticky. Used a washrag and it was pretty dirty. Showed lady at front desk. Clerks were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

Ok stay for 1 night. Breakfast was 2 star, not that great, but filled you up. Pool was ok.

The property was good for our needs. The hair dryer in the room didn't work and they didn't have any more to replace it.

This hotel has not been kept up and I will find other accommodations on my next visit to Hot Springs SD

Bedding was dirty, i had to go ask for clean sheets and change it myself. Also had to go to front desk for towels for my room. Pool was freezing cold and dirty

This is our third time staying there. The restaurant across was great.

It is clean but falling apart. Wall paper is peeling, tub needs repair.

Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was average. The stairs were wide and clean, very nice. Better than the small elevator. Updated tile floor was very nice.

I'm not sure who was at fault, either the hotel property or Expedia. Upon arrival my reservations I made through Expedia were not there. I showed the hotel my reservation, and they said they don't have it. I asked if there was still a room available and they said yes. However, it was going to be $30 more than what my Expedia reservation. I contacted Expedia the only thing they did was make sure I wasn't charged again for the first reservation. The hotel would not match the cost I was given through Expedia.

The room was decent and clean, however, that’s the best I can say. The rooms mini fridge was emitting a terrible smell, but if you didn’t open it or walk by it it wasn’t bad—but it wasn’t replaced during our one night stay as requested. The pool area was nothing like the pictures, it was an unmarked and unlite hallway with tripping hazards to the pool. Even I was terrified to walk through this pitch black hallway. The pool and floor was full of bugs, hair and trash. Most ceiling tiles were broke or missing. Had a continental breakfast, but only had one cook that put out minimal uncooked/frozen eggs and sausage, hash browns. There was also no condiments or drinks available, as they”we’re out”. I think the cook could have used some help and some supplies. Every corner is cut in this hotel to make a buck. It was depicted quite differently on the internet photos. I would not stay here again unless the rate was less less than $70 as that’s the quality you get staying here. The owners should really put a bit of effort into running this place as it is in a decent area.
