I’ve stayed several times. It’s a basic and comfortable Hotel. Great location, very pleasant staff, clean.

An excellent choice for a two day stay in Rennes. Extremely close to the station and an easy walk into the old town. The added bonus for us was allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel while we made a two day trip to Le Mont Saint Michel. This was greatly appreciated. The bus stop for Mont Saint Michel was a few minutes walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good, but did not include a hot selection other than freshly cooked boiled eggs.

I stay here fairly regularly. It’s a nice basic hotel in a convenient location. The staff are always excellent, the rooms I’ve stayed in are comfortable and clean.

Les chambres sont propres et confortables mais pas très isolées phoniquement (mes voisins de chambre n'étaient pas particuliérement discrets et les murs ne sont pas épais...) Mention spéciale au personnel qui est très accueillant et prévenant. Super petit déjeuner.

Such a great place. Lovely lobby and rooms. We got a room on the 5th floor with the windows out to the street and had a such a beautiful view of the sunset. Nice staff and made me want tk revisit rennes! And i didnt even enjoy france.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Convenience is the key! Stuff provided in room is minimal. Don’t expect much and you’ll be fine.

Great hotel close to the train station. The breakfast was good. Staff was very professional and friendly. There are many restaurants in the area. It is a short walk to the older part of town, markets, and cathedral.

Surprisingly, it was very quiet (just by train station). Staff was very nice, room was clean except maybe the bed cover.

The hotel offers a very appealing public lounge and bar areas which temp you to stay a while. It is perfectly situated close to the Gare and metro. Very tidy, pleasant area with an abundance of interesting bars and eateries. Rennes itself is a delight. We bloody loved it here and would return in a heartbeat, no question. Two very happy Kiwis.

HI- As mentioned earlier I was not allowed check in at this Hotel. And I dont understand why Hotels. com is confirming check in & asking review. And to add there was no hotel room available in city at that hour and we drove 270kms to get to city after had confirmed booking. very disappointed.

Attended a wedding in Lorient, hotel very convenient. Also gare very easy to get to/ Staff at hotel all very helpful and friendly. Would love to visit hotel again sometime.

Good location, very near the train station, only bad thing is the area attracts homeless, drunks and so on sitting around the vicinity of the hotel. Sometimes, a bit unpleasant.Room was good, bathroom was OK, A/C and WiFi worked fine (for the WiFi we needed to sign in every 24 hours), breakfast buffet was good (unfortunately when we went down to have breakfast at 6:00, opening hour) the night staff (who is also responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet) was always in the process of setting up the buffet. Perhaps it would be better to open the breakfast room at 06:15 instead of 6:00. Staff were professional,We stayed 3 nights, overall a good stay, it would have been useful to have a small refrigerator in the room.

I only had a short stay but the hotel and its staff seemed efficient and friendly. Decisions about the room I had were well made.( I assume other rooms were similar). Size good. Design simple but helpful. Hotel was very close to the station but in a pleasant street with good parking nearby and on the edge of the city centre.

Sealing strips were detached from the lower half of the shower doors so quite a bit of water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. I had to be very careful not to slip. The bathroom was poorly designed. The toilet faced the sink and there was a tiny gap between them. I had to put a towel on the ledge above the sink so that I wouldn't bruise my forehead on the ledge when washing my face. I suppose others have sat on the toilet in order to use the sink.
