A dangling panel in the shower cubicle was left unattended by the technician despite 2 mentions by the reception desk.

paid extra for late checkout. Cleaning person kept coming into to room to kick me out. Said it didn’t matter about the late checkout???

I was booked into the 2nd floor of the hotel. Upon arrival, I heard the barking of a dog. Later in the evening, around 19:30, I called the reception, because the barking did not stop and was very loud. The receptionist told me that the dog may be in an apartment which is not under Adagio management so he could not do anything. Obviously, this is not a suitable response as the noise was very disruptive and not acceptable. The barking of the dig only stopped around 23:30 that evening. When I checked out from the hotel on 8th Feb 2018 around 07:45, I complained again and the receptionist told me that nothing can be done. This is totally unacceptable. The hotel has to make proper arrangements so that the guests (that are paying a substantial amount per night) can rest without this type of disturbance. My comment and review is not only for the inconvenience experienced, but also for the total lack of response of the hotel reception staff. I have filed a complaint with the hotel.

The place is worn down but reasonable for the price.

My room was with all basic facility, a small kitchen, a small fridge, TV with local channels (non-english) mainly, front road side view. Overall a good experience

room is old, not very clean, but with kitchen with a good prices, supermarket just 2 minutes walk, and shopping mall and station just 10 minutes walk, around the hotel is safe and feel comfortable, even the room is very old, but i like kitchen, i will stay here again, thank you.

Awesome stay! I came early to drop off luggage, and they offered me a room that was ready so I could check in, although it was early (free of charge). Staff was very friendly. The area is perfect, right in front of a bus, within walking to La Défense business district where buses/train/metro can take you anywhere. Around the corner from small shops, lots of eateries and charm. I would stay again and highly recommend!

We were there for a total of ten days during a family event near by. The hotel was convientely located. And the front desk personnel were friendly. You must be buzzed in as the door are kept locked around the clock. The hotel itself is very dated, dirty and overall in poor condition. It does not meet American expectations. The toilet would not flush properly. We had to fill the trash can with water and pour the water into the toilet to get it to clear. The little kitchen is convienent but not very well equipped. We had to request the coffee pot which was brought. We had to change rooms because the bathtub leaked water onto the floor continously. The elevator did not always work. The hallways were dingy. There is no air conditioning so the windows needed to be kept open.

While this was hard to find at first, the neighborhood itself was well worth it. It's a nice little community filled with shops and markets. It's a bit of a maze to go from the trains/buses, but once you find it, it's pretty easy commute into Paris. Was a great value. Rooms were clean. It's like a little studio apartment complete with kitchen.

My first comment is if you feel the need to vist here - DON'T !! This IS NOT a hotel - in my opinion it is undesirable student digs. The carpet was filthy, the sheets were clean but covered with a disgustingly shabby and diry bedcover. The kitchenette area was clean but the hob markings had faded so badly couldnt see what was on or off - trial and error. Towels were thin and sparse. There was a note in the bathroom saying to save the environment only put towels that require washing in the bath - we did - and thats where they remained until we moved them. The toilet was missing the seat, which was on the floor at the side of the toilet, we asked the receptionist if this could be mended and were told not until Monday - we arrived on Thursday and were leaving on Monday - not much use. We were however offered to change rooms, this was our second room - the first having no electricity was cleaner ( albeit it was dark) and as they were gradually getting worse, we decided to stay where we were - better the devil you know! The grout in the tiles was disgusting and the floor tiles didnt quite meet the shower tray and I wouldnt want to guess what lurked there. The ceiling above the shower had cracks and stains - looked like a leak from the above rooms shower. The rooms were not cleaned, nor beds made and there was an extra charge for any cleaning with an outrageous charge should the kitchenette require cleaning. The bins were not emptied and you were expected to empty them yourself at the end of your stay. This was a route march through the basement into a filthy yard area. The swimming pool was why I chose the hotel. This was not available, it was out of order, just a foul smell eminating from where the pool was supposed to be - it certainly looked like it hadnt been in use for some time. The general public areas were passable, the lift had holes in the wall and mirror tiles missing but did work. Photos on the wall showing the interior did not match the reality in any way shape or form. On the plus side it is situated near to the Grand Arch and the shopping centre there is huge. There are good train / metro and bus links to central Paris. The room was adequately heated and sound proofing was fair in the rooms. I took my husband there for a romantic 4 night break in Paris - we will return to Paris, we WILL not go back to the Adagio.

The rooms are tiny. The kitchen is way too small and very ill-equipped. The gas stove is ineffective and it takes ages to cook anything though Microwave was good. The place has a pub downstairs and if you get a room that opens to the street, it can get very noisy. The hotel does not provide a fan during summers and it gets very hot.

If you just want a place to flop at the end of the day then this hotel is good. It isn't built for comfort as much as utility.

I was travelling alone; room was a bit larger than other comparably-priced Paris hotels I've been to. Room overlooked pleasant courtyard. Free internet. 10 minute walk from La Defense Metro/RER stop. Nice neighborhood; it's the part of the suburb of Courbevoie that is not the office towers of La Defense. Front desk is shuttered from noon to 2:00 pm.

Das Hotel liegt an einer recht lauten Kreuzung, überdies war zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts direkt gegenüber vom Hotel eine Baustelle. Von dem Lärm haben wir jedoch wenig mitbekommen, da wir ein Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof hatten. Ein Highlight war die gut eingerichtete Kochecke; vor allem der Kühlschrank war uns wegen der Hitze sehr dienlich. Die Verbindung in die Innenstadt ist absolut in Ordnung. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, vom Hotel mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof La Defense zu fahren. Dort empfiehlt es sich, in die RER (eine Art S-Bahn) umzusteigen. Die RER ist deutlich schneller als die Metro und fährt fast genau so häufig.

A première vue, hôtel agréable, prix de la chambre raisonnable. Puis, on s'est rendu compte de quelques points négatifs : parking non disponible, eau froide sous la douche, petit déjeuner peu diversifié : plus de café, ni de jus d'orange!!! Pour dédomagement, l'hôtel nous a rmboursé notre petit déjeuner. On y retournera pas!

Dit is een Hotel dat mooi is gelegen in Parijs. Het ligt niet in de buurt van het centrum, maar juist in de buurt van de nieuwe wijk La Defensé. Het Hotel ligt op ongeveer 5 min lopen van de Metro, Waar je de metro kan pakken en in 15 min in het centrum kan zijn. Ideaal dus!! Hotel is ook erg goedkoop. Zit ook niet veel bijzonders aan het Hotel, maar je slaapt er ook alleen lijkt mij. Ideaal voor een weekendje Parijs.

Decent two-star hotel only 5 minutes walk from La Defense Business center. Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. Free wireless internet is available upon request. My room had slight smell of smoke (even though requested non-smoking room) but was not too bad. My stay would have been ideal were it not for a party somewhere which was noisy, but this could have been a one-off. If you are sensitive to noise, bring some earplugs just in case. In summary, a good choice if you are on a budget and need to be close to the La Defense.

Great deal for studio room. Public transportation is easily accessible (bus stop right outside). Many stores at close walking distance and actually traveling by car/taxi is not needed. Will stay there again... Important note: If arriving early before check-in time you can leave baggage in locked closet ask the front desk. And you could also wait as there is seating area to chill ask front desk for WIFI access to kill time.

Considering this is a Paris hotel, it was spacious and clean for super value. It has a couple of drawbacks that make this not right for a lot of people. 1st - while accessible via metro, it is a bit of a walk and a few metro stops. 2nd - the neighborhood is not 19th century, but rather modern-working Paris and the rooms lack character. I think this is great for longer stays and the cost conscious who just want a bed to sleep in, but access to Paris. I stayed at 2 hotels on this trip. Given this was 40% of the cost of the other one, I actually preferred this hotel. Take metro #1 to La Defense (end of the line) and walk ~5 blocks.
