AmericInn is our favorite place to stay! We LOVE the rustic, yet elegant western atmosphere, the large rock fireplace, the amazing hot breakfast, the pool, Jacuzzi and exercise room. We feel so at home there. When my husband took bus loads of tourists from SLC to and through Yellowstone Park, they always stopped at AmericInn for the night, before going on to Yellowstone.

Excellent place to stay, people at the front desk was so nice, the room was clean and big, the only little detail i didn't like at all, was the shower, no matter how careful we were the water will always get out, the shower curtain was to high, but other than that it was good, too bad the jacuzzi was busted the whole week we were there

Chose hotel because of connecting room availability. Requested 2 connecting rooms through hotels.com and hotel property twice, but my only request was not fulfilled.

Service is always friendly & the hot breakfast is great. The hot tub & pool heater were broken.

Reported broken bathroom fan, broken spa bath blower, water damage to wall. Staff did not comment about it or apologize.

I have stayed here many times. This time however the hot tub wasn't working with the jets, but for some reason the hot tub wasn't even warm, it was as cold as the pool. This is the only place I've ever stayed at that didn't have a sleep timer function for the TV. I still love how accommodating they are and the wonderful breakfast. We were headed to Bear World and the convenience was great!

I really liked the way the housekeeping staff cleaned and was friendly. I liked the pool and breakfast amenities too. I felt that for the price I paid the curtains shouldn’t have had a big hole in them, there shouldn’t have been holes in the wall where maybe art would have been and desk staff should have been more available.

Room was clean and quiet. Could use some updating with the blinds. Floor towel was soaking wet when we got there. Could not tell if it was just from being washed or from prior use. Breakfast was nice.

It wasn’t bad for one night. The room wasn’t very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The pool area was nice. Breakfast wasn’t properly stocked so we didn’t get any of the hot food.

Nice clean room. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurants were walking distance and Starbucks next to the hotel.

Construction is being done right outside which makes things difficult, but not properties fault. Applebees is in the parking lot, other things close by. Breakfast was decent and some good choices.

The floor in our room was so dirty that it made our baby's hands and knees and our socks filthy. We laid blankets on the floor so that our baby could crawl around on something clean. There was also a mouse when we went for breakfast in the dining area.

Room was ok. Windows throughout need to be replaced or cleaned due to either broken seals in the window panes or sprinkler calcium buildup. Room had missing pictures on the walls with screw holes and hangers still in place. Beds were comfortable.
