We had a wonderful stay! The check in was quick and easy and it was very convenient to have in and out self parking. Our room was comfy and in good condition. It was great to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. I'll absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Incredibly kind and helpful staff at check-in, cleaning staff, restaurant waitstaff, etc. Hotel was clean & as depicted. Quiet despite it being a weekend with full rooms. Beds were super comfortable with dark drapes for a great nights rest. My kids went swimming and loved the pool and kiddie pool. Breakfast was excellent (best peppered bacon ever!) and they allow you swap snacks if you have the snacks and drinks package. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Affordable and Wonderful!

Great experience overall! Booked for my "Mom-cation" (weekend away from the kids! Lol). Spent most of my time relaxing in my room. The room was lovely though! Newly renovated (the whole place is newly renovated!) with a kitchenette area. Bed was super comfy! Hot water was excellent! Took about 4 bubble baths! There is a pool, hot tub & splash pad on site. A restaurant & a convenience store. Great establishment, already booked to return with the kids!

We chose this Hilton because it was near the airport. It was also within walking distance of Rivers Casino, bonus. We also walked to Chicago pizza legend Giordano's.
Staff at the front desk went above and beyond. complimentary cookies, transportation advice, and luggage storage.

Do not stay here! They have faulty sensors in the rooms. We are a non smoking/non vaping family and the sensors went off twice, charging $300 per occurrence. When it happened the second time, I requested to be moved to another room only to be denied and was told if it happened again we would be escorted off the property. Needless to say we checked out of the hotel with no refund and did not receive credit for the faulty sensors. Rude front desk staff including the evening manager. Honestly felt they “attacked” as we were a group of girls.

Overall the hotel is fine.
Where my unhappiness comes in is simple, I don’t like the additional fees for parking. Not at this level of a hotel. I also don’t like the expense of their breakfast that would be complimentary at any other hotel of this caliber.
The kids pool area is nice and a welcomed treat. The rooms were fine but the pillows were terrible. I stay in a lot of hotels and this place is just ok. The best thing it has going for is it the proximity to the Rivers Casino.

Parking was not free which was disappointing. But our family enjoyed the nice clean pool and kiddie pool. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

It was a great experience. My only issue was with the coffee maker. It didn’t work but I told the staff so they are aware.

My only critique is that the beds are really high. My elderly mother had difficulty getting in but we requested a step stool and they accommodated us.

The best customer service at check in and staff is restaurant for dinner/breakfast…..others hotels need to take not of your great staff attitude, professionalism and positive attitude.
Issue with shuttle driver but it was addressed at hotel…..everyone can have a bad day especially on a busy Friday night in summer.

I thought the stay was good overall, except I did eat in the dining room for dinner, and the waiter was not very attentive. I made a poor choice ordering the cheese pizza considering Chicago has some of the best in the country, this was basically a frozen pizza at best. The Wedge salad was good.

Conveneint and easy to access from Ohare. Hotel very clean and maintained. Staff friendly and parking easy.

Overall we had a good stay. The front desk provided GREAT customer service. We were having an issue he second night with our A/C and it not cooling off like it had the first night. Maintenance came and looked at it, and said it seemed to be working ok, and brought us a fan. It did not cool off during the night and was very warm in our room over night.

we had a medical trip planned for skokie and really enjoyed the pool splash pad at the hotel for the little kids. that was their favorite. we did not expect a splash pad at hilton garden inn. with the construction on the 294 tollway we were delayed until 9pm and the bar and restaurant were still open for dinner before going to bed.

Front desk always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and make a stay with kids a phenomenal experience this was yet another example of the absolute best of our one of many stays here… We will be back ! Ty ladys at the front desk you are appreciated!

Very pleasant staff. Clean rooms, easy check in. The only drawback was at breakfast. They only had bacon with pepper on it, and no other bacon options. Otherwise, Hilton is the best.

Great stay for our 1 day visit! The airport shuttle made it easy to catch the Blue line in to downtown!!
