Everyone was so nice and friendly. Misty greeted us as soon as we walked in and was quick to let us in our room. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and professional.

Third time staying at the property and I just felt the gentleman checking us in was very unprofessional. Seemed to be a bit put off that we rang the bell to get his attention to check us in. This was after standing there for a bit.
We asked for extra bedding and he just seemed annoyed. We hadn’t experienced this before at this particular hotel.

After going to eat and to WalMart, when we arrived to enter the building from the back entrance, our key cards did not work and we had to carry all of our stuff around the building to the front. It was not a big deal for us; however, if someone really needed to get in that door, it could be very inconvenient. We reported it to the person at the front desk who said it'd been that way a long time. Our bathroom sink drained very slowly which was inconvenient particularly when getting ready to go somewhere. It was an average size room, not very roomy. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 regular size pillows, not the small square ones.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. AC worked great and actually got cold! Would totally stay here again.

The view and service were fantastic! However… Parking was very expensive! It showed $38 on Hotels.com, and when we called, the quote was the same. When we arrived, parking was 48, and valet was $51!!! Be honest. Check and align content.

The hotel was very clean. We received a hot breakfast, which is not always provided even though the websites say it is. I have stayed at a few Fairfield Inn & Suites now and have had a pleasant experience each time.

Sadly all of my reviews during the pandemic are related to whether or not the location could make me ill. I thought this was a very nice building well made and comfortable beds. The cleaning person was wearing no mask and was sneezing while she was cleaning rooms. In this time of the pandemic I have no tolerance for this.

Everything had been amazing! Very clean, AC worked great! Beds comfy, loved the soft carpet, the bathtub was long and perfect for hot bath! Hot water long lasting. Customer service great was and the bfast bag was yummy!

It was nice that they had complimentary coffee and tea however the water was luke warm. The only elevator in the hotel was out of service so we had to carry our suitcases and bags to the second floor.

The staff was lovely and professional, the lobby and other amenities were beautiful and clean. The room was fantastic and very clean. My only suggestion for improvement is the sound proofing from the hallway. We could hear everyone's movements out there.
