Nice people, room missing a few knobs. Sink slow to drain and not fixed after reporting. Exhaust fan also not working and no repairs after reporting . Broken holiday displays

Rm 223. Overall fine experience. Microwave too low power. Bathtub downright dangerous: slippery and points downward! Beds comfortable. All lights, electrical outlets, etc. worked well. TV difficult to punch in single channels. Overall, a good enough experience for the price.

Staff was very nice. Cleaned room every day which doesn't happen anymore. Went to breakfast every day and Cynthia was there to make it very enjoyable. Very good experience.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be the cleaning staff. 9 am waking us up to clean our room. That was ridiculous. Even on check out day. Unacceptable. Check out is at 11. Should be banging on guests doors before 11 am

The property inside and out was well kept. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was limited on options and grits were hard and lumpy. However the dining area was nice and clean

Check in was good. The bedsheet had a stain on it. I called the front desk and they sent up a set of sheets…. I’m not sure if I was supposed to ask the person the change the sheets but he sure didn’t offer. He handed me the sheets and said have a good evening. The fridge wasn’t as cold as it should have been. Just sharing.. none of this stopped me from getting much needed rest.

Expedia rep daunte would clear issue with my check in, for a room I paid for in advance. Cause to rebook the same room a higher. But night management was very nice and understanding with helping. But resolve but would there again just not Expedia

Dinner wasn’t good, the steak and cheese was steakumm, not real steak. Overall stay was good. I will stay again but I will not eat in the restaurant

Hotel and staff were excellent and friendly especially the breakfast crew. But the air conditioning unit in the room kept us up throughout the night. Thought we were blasting off for Mars. Not a good nights sleep unfortunately.

This was a perfect spot. The hotel was clean, front desk attendants were friendly. We were given a "Welcome" bag as we were attending the US Open. The hotel also had shuttle service to and from the tournament which was very convenient. The food was also very nice.

Breakfast was not included. They wanted $36 plus tax. For my wife and myself. The website indicated that it was included in the amenities.
There were two bottles of water ater in the room. They charged me $5.35 for them. I asked and was told there was a tag on the bottles that I should have read.
