good experience but the resort charges on top of the hotel charges is not welcome as it did not add any value.

The Westin Trillium House is great because it offers a suite populated with fridge, dishes, two burners and a dishwasher. The bedroom had a queen size bed but the room was tight for getting around. Unfortunately we were place in a room that was right outside a maintenance building; resulting in hearing trucks start up at 6am. We had valet service; waiting 25 minutes for a car to be brought up front and finally had to ask for the car keys and my husband got the car himself.
I would still recommend the Westin. the staff were friendly and the rooms very clean.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable .
And on checkout they messed up the room charges and said Expedia had not paid for the room . It was eventually fixed but involved multiple calls and inconvenience to the customer

Staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient and is right by the Blue Mountain Village. It is just located just far enough from the really busy parts, but close enough to walk (around a 3 minute walk). The views are really picturesque if you have the Village view. The staff was very generous when they found out it was our honeymoon and gave us complimentary room upgrade, free cheese plate, and a bottle bubbly.

Our stay at the Westin Trillium House in Blue Mountain, Canada was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and close proximity to all the activities and attractions in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our needs were met during our time there. We booked two rooms and I had high expectations for this hotel, and the service was very warm and welcoming during check-in. I was satisfied until I went to bed. However, after having dinner at the hotel's lobby around 10pm, it took them over two hours to deliver a blanket when we asked for one at the front desk. We had to call them twice to follow up, and the last time we called, we were very angry because it was already 12:20am. The other room didn’t get the duvet whole night and we were very tired and confused about how poor the room service was at this hotel. We were very disappointed.

We’ve been coming to Westin Trillium for nearly 2 decades now. We love the property but I believe that the facility can be even better by accommodating early check-ins and late check-outs.

I recently stayed at the Westin Trillium House in Blue Mountain and had an excellent experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the views from our room were stunning, offering a perfect backdrop of the beautiful Blue Mountain area. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing pool and gym facilities. Both were well-maintained and provided a great space for relaxation and workouts. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
Additionally, we requested a late checkout, and the hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to extend our departure time without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend the Westin Trillium House for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Blue Mountain.

The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The property is so well maintained and the cleanliness exceeds my expectations. The upkeep by the staff is so evident and the guest experience is wonderful. I could not recommend staying here enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Westin. Very welcoming customer service. Well maintained and clean hotel with a great view. You can walk right into the Blue Mountain village! The only concern was the bed/mattress was not very comfortable other than that this hotel did not disappoint at all.

The Staff member who checked me in on Sunday was exceptional - I did not feel safe in the original ground floor room I was given, and she listened, understood my concerns and found me a room on the 3rd floor - I was deeply grateful - I wished I'd gotten her name. The hotel is great. The only 2 comments, parking should really not be at an extra charge. The second thing we were not told upon booking that there will be renovation of the roof across from pool area where we spent most of the day. It was noisy and hot tub was not usable on first day.

Property was very nice. Pool was clean and perfect for a hot day. Room upon entry was clean. The next day the room cleaners came by our room asked if we wanted service. We said yes and informed them that we would be out of our room in less than 30 minutes. We left for 5-6 hours and when we returned the room hadn’t been serviced. They returned to the room when we were getting ready for dinner we said we needed time to get ready and they never returned.
My daughter was playing on the carpet and when I went to sit with her I noticed a scent that was similar to dog pee. It may have been cleaned previously but the scent remained.

Nice place to stay if you have plans going to tobermory,the grotto and other beautiful places on bruce peninsula..clean updated rooms.adventure park is also an added bonus for the family

While checking in, we were told that we are getting a complimentary upgrade to a “village suite” but we didn’t find any difference with the “upgrade”. Rather we were disappointed that there was no balcony with our suite. This is not the first time that we stayed here, so we could say if there any difference with the so called “upgrade”. Maybe next time (if I have to choose this property), i would mention not to provide any upgrade and let us have what we asked for.
Rest of the things were as usual as any other good hotel. I don’t mean to sound rude, but there os nothing worth mentioning. Sorry.
