First time I had a great time at Great Wolf lodge customer service was good didn’t know they had a bit of a curfew. We was being a bit loud. One of the workers had to knock my door so sorry. My son and a nephew loved it wanted it to stay until the end really enjoy the activities. Really like the themes of each Entrance in each hallway Enjoyed that they had variation in restaurants in the main floor and the game room for the kids after the pool closed. All in all had a pleasant time.

I would give u guys a zero if I can. 1. I asked to have a microwave in my room as I am traveling with a baby, and we need to heat up his milk throughout the whole night multiple times. I was given a lame excuse of "fire hazard" for not providing me with a microwave. 2. I was checked into room 2082 initially. So when I went to the room, another family was already checked into that room, so I basically walked into them. Then I had to go to the front desk, wait over 35 minutes in a long line to explain my situation and get a new room. 3. Now I'm in room 2083. I came back from the Waterpark with my kids and went to give them a shower. There was hair in the bathtub assuming from the previous guest. So now I'm very grossed out, wondering how dirty everything else is. 4. Your carpets are filthy. We can't walk barefoot at all. They are sticky.

The fact that there was no handicap parking open and my son just got a hip replacement was terrible when I asked if I could work someplace close by with the handicap sticker, they told me no then on top of it they charge you $20 to park your car after charging $500 sleep there for one night the pool area was filthy. There was garbage on the ground. No one was cleaning up the hot tub had a terrible odor coming out of it, we were so disappointed there was hair in our shower and we will never ever go to this place again and I will absolutely tell everyone not to go at the property. Seems to care what you’re dealing with.

I did not like the high Disney like prices for low Pocono quality.

Erronous charges on CC AND random charges.. said they would be resolved in 72 hours, nothing yet..

My kids definitely had a great time . There are several dining options and many activities to do as a family. The gave 4 star for cleanliness because the pillowcases did have a few stains, overall it was pretty clean.

Great stay

My family of 5 had a great time. Our 3 year old had the time of her life. Being the little daredevil she is, she was able to enjoy a lot of the same water slides her 10/11 year old brothers enjoyed. The food is not too badly priced. Average price of meals for all 5 of us inside the park came to around $65/70 with each of us getting something we wanted. We will be coming back in November for my sons 12th bday party. We are really looking forward to staying in the Grande Villa when we return.

The room was not accommodating for a family of five. The bunkbed mattress were crib mattress size not a twin. The pullout couch was warn out and cracked, definitely need maintenance. The pillows had to be a Marshalls special small and too soft to lay your head on. Not worth the price I paid for.

Loved our suite! Very spacious! My 2 and 4 year old definitely enjoyed all the activities!

They changed us for parking but the booking says parking free

We really enjoyed our stay in this place. great water park. many interactive games for children. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
