Location was great, near the train station and old part of town. Beautiful pools and private beach.

Don’t expect a 5 star resort, that way you will not be disappointed.
Breakfast was basic and basically terrible, salad bar looks old and not fresh, instant coffee, so little options and they only provide plastic mini spoons that are a danger, I almost cut my mouth with more than one of them.
Buffet for dinner is a bit more reasonable.
When I ask at reception for water as they didn’t provide in the room they send me to the bar and charge me for it. When we arrived they mentioned it was complementary in a place where drinking water is not available if is not bottled.
For a place full of carpets for sale they should remove the ones in the Suite as they were super dirty.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!

Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations.
Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony.

Very convenient because at the very center of the city. It is supposedly a luxury hotel, swimming pool and access to the beach very good. Some details should be paid more attention to, like sweeping the floor well and keeping up with the furnishings but in overall very good.

Lovely hotel in good location. Walkable to attractions and train station. Excellent breakfast options. Welcoming reception especially Mehdi. He was very accommodating and helpful. Even got me the same good rate for an extra night stay.

Great place to stay in Sousse with friendly staff. There were some areas that could've been cleaner and I wish the air conditioning was cooler but overall a pleasant stay.

This house is huge I got lost in trying to find my room it took me 15 minutes to find my room. The receptionist guy said they have 250 rooms wow

Beautiful hotel inside and out. The pool is incredible and the private beach is clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and found us a couple nice rooms.

I’ve stayed here many time before and the hotel is great. The location is really good. A stones throw from anything you want.
But what’s makes this hotel so amazing is the staff. These guys went above and beyond to make my stay one I will remember forever.

The spa is very nice, I really enjoyed it!
At my check-in I noticed and informed the front desk that the tv was not functional. At my check-out, 2 days later, I bring the broken tv cable at the front desk. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation or excuses …… The food was just ok, for a 5 stars hotel, I can expect more.

Check in took a while. We needed to add a fourth person to our room. I had originally asked for 4 twin beds so adding a fourth person shouldn’t be an issue, but they made a huge deal. The rooms also had two twin beds and a queen and they wouldn’t change it.
Then we asked for an extra bedsheet- I called 5 times for that. The doors to the balcony wouldn’t properly open. The air conditioning wasn’t working. And the people in the other rooms were really loud (not hotels fault). And the fridge wasn’t working either.
I wouldn’t stay here again. Close to the beach which is nice and convenient but there are other hotels close as well.

All very good, the only disappointing thing was the doorman which after midnight would stop you outside to check if you are staying at the hotel, this happened 2 times during my stay.

The beach, pool, and bar were excellent but the service was slow and the room didn’t have effective air conditioning.

Excellen location, very friendly front desk and beach service. The downside was the smoky, smelly, old, run down carpet, slow elevators, and pieces of litter all over the “private beach” including cigarette butts. Also, a confusing system for “borrowing” beach towels. Otherwise a decent stay.

Although the property is on the edge of the noisy entertainment area rather than in amongst it, and while the noise doesn’t intrude into the hotel itself, it’s probably better suited to those who plan to join that particular crowd.

Overal the hotel is quite nice but reception staff are terrible. Not willing to help at all. That just spoilt my trip. Hotel in person does not look like on pics. I would suggest staying at the Movenpick at a similar price.

This is a beautiful property. Very clean, and nice design. The rooms are very spacious. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude.
