Had a two night stay this long weekend. It was a few years since I visited the hotel. Karen kindly placed us in a quiet room, as I have sound sensitivity, and it was indeed very quiet. You can still hear hall noise but everything settles down at a decent time.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean and well maintained. There is free Wifi and you are given the password upfront. I stayed on two separate nights in the last week and had issues with watching TV on both days. Not sure what I was doing wrong but some parental Lock Screen seemed to override the ability to watch TV. Breakfast is included. I was disappointed on both occasions with the scrambled eggs - thinking they were powdered. Would have loved some fresh berries and some GF options. Overall the stay met my needs.

Great hotel conveniently located adjacent to the highway and walking distance to several restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good overall but the scrambled eggs were watery and overcooked. Common areas were very clean except for the elevator which smelled of dust and needs a good cleaning. Tried to address these minor concerns with the front desk person but was scowled at. Would have preferred a simple acknowledgment. That all said, we’ve stayed at several hotels in the area and this is probably the best.

We upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite and were surprised to find a nice two person tub in the living room rather than the usual bubble jets in the bathroom tub. Definitely worth the extra few dollars especially on a cold night. While we were there it was a very cold night and we had some problems with the big rigs running all night and Diesel fumes entering our room and we had to unplug the heating system which is kind of strange a strange system as you can not turn it off. The free breakfast is decent for a Canadian hotel and worth going to; all-in-all this is the place we would continue to stay at when in Rocky Mountain House
