On the website it says check in until 4 am I arrived at 2 am and no one was there

Travelocity said this place has free breakfast. It does not. Not even coffee. I rather go to another motel. Good just for a overnight stay. No more than that.

Rough around the edges. Slept well/comfy but a ‘crash pad’ for a road warrior. Many rooms were out of service. The room drapes had several zip ties holding it up.

The room door was left open upon arrival. Mosquitoes in room. Room had no NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER!!! Tub has mold visible! Shower curtin is dirty mold visible at bottom. Haven't been changed and clean for a long time! The Tv not working. Black dirt on sheet. Turned off Ac. Room smelt musty and damp. Moldy odor. Outlet plug above headboard hanging out wall.smoke detector not wired. Hanging by only the neutral wire. Hot positive wire sticking out with no wire nut on it.rear safety lock broken. Any one can come in. Outside main hallway smell. And is clutter by old furniture and appliances.

The property was very dirty, the A/C was broken, there was hair left on the sink and no soap, to even wash my hands, very gross, don't stay here

Cockroaches and bedbugs, the door lock did not work, so there is no lock at all. Ceiling had mold, and water damage smelled like cigarettes. Got a full refund and left.

I got there and was really disappointed. My key didnt work. I was shown how to play with the door knob to use it but really just felt unsafe and wanted to leave at that point ... What I can say is the man at the front desk is nice and helpful!

Bad impression just driving up. Window curtains were worn and didn’t cover window. Office looked like here today gone tomorrow. Just a desk in middle of large room. Man said there’s no rooms available. I was happy to get out of there.

It was functional - but not a destination. I think it serves as temporary housing. Needs a reno, badly. But - it was quiet, the AC worked - and we got to sleep for a few hours before returning to our trip.

When you look up seedy motel in the dictionary, there's a picture of this place. Guys at the front desk were awesome, but the place is run down. Price too high for the quality. No bugs though and that's a plus.

Good place for hookups.. I think it’s a big swingers motel ... Lot of strange going on’s .. Rooms need up dating but bed was rather comfy.. Bathroom was out of date and no supplies really ..

I was worried for my safety.
Half the appliances and plumbing did not work. STAY AWAY. NOT WORTH IT.
When I asked to check out early they refused despite me being worried about my well being.
I waited for 15 mins to check out. There was nobody at the front desk for so long.

The gave a room with NO KEY! The clerk opened door from inside hallway door. The key was broken off inside lock she said. I asked fir another room and she said none was available. No soap no shampoo. Overpowered by smell of ammonia. Guys hanging around outside of doors smoking diwn the way. Shittiest experience ever. Bates Motel is better than this. WHY US HOTEL.COM LISTING A SHITHOLE LIKE THIS??

Awful! The shower head was broken and sprayed one misty stream; the bathroom door was falling off it’s hinges, window shades that look at the parking lot barely closed so anyone could look into your room. I should honestly get my money back because this room was a HOT MESS! And for someone like me whose super easy going to say that means this room was 0/10

Cable did not work. Bare bones. No soap in bathroom. Bent towel rack. Cigarette burns. The room was pretty beat up.

Overall I didn’t like my stay at all. The hotel I originally tried to book didn’t have any availability so I was referred to this place since it was last minute. EXTREMELY filthy, no WiFi, bedding was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, no towel service, the hotel didn’t have room service, gum on the headboards. The microwave was disgusting. No vending machine or anything. . It was definitely the WORSE. Wasn’t worth the price. I really want my money back or feel I should be compensated for something. Not happy at all.

Bedbugs and shower didn’t work close to properly. I’ve neber left a review before and read some before booking. I was mislead. Stay anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to. Just don’t lay on their bugs.

Exterior looks like it's a dive, but inside was clean and room was comfortable. It's older (uses an actual key instead of swipe card), but a good dea if you're trying to save a few bucks.

I couldn't sleep because of the flimsy locks on the doors including home made deadbolts. Also, the bad weather complicated our stay since the parking area required further snow removal.

At first it looked like a dump but when we complained they gave us a new room that just got renavated and it was great king size bed microwave , fridge and flat screen tv I suggest u ask 4 room 34

The A/C wasn't working and I was so cold, freezing and unable to sleep all night.
The staff was not willing to give extra blankets and they offer me another room that had a very strong smell of cigarettes , Terrible!
The receptionist was bitter and rude. She was bother by my request like I was asking something unusual. DON'T GO THERE!!!
