Booked pretty last minute so many hotel prices escalated out of budget and had to settle for this hotel. Staff are pretty good but the hotel gave a slightly dilapidated feeling. Hallways and carpets looked poorly maintained, small insects (like fruitflies) were in our room kitchennette. The AC was not working and it was blue skies, high humidity 35 degree plus days outside. Our one year old baby suffered and struggled and did not sleep. I think we survived two days out of despearation and had we had the opportunity, we would have left much earlier.

Quiet space outside Paris proper, but easy to get to the Metro and around Paris.

I like Adagio, but the carpets and condition of the kitchen are not good, the kitchen dint work at all. Also, the shower was damaged. So maintenance is really required at this property

Our family stayed there four nights. The room is big and convenient with stove, fridge and microwave. The location is five minutes away from Metro and bus stops. Front desks guys are friendly and helpful. After long international trip, they let us to check in before noon, so that we can take break for different time zones. Thank you! We highly recommend this hotel!!

Gave us a hard time when we asked for toilet paper or extra towels. Keep in mind we stayed a week and opted out to have someone clean our room,( Bc covid) I never said at a place that they gave me a hard time for toilet paper. Would not recommend plus too far away from everything

Comfortable, clean.apartments, very interesting location. Even though the building is next to an extremely busy highway, one does not hear the except when both interior and external windows are open. Public transport is very nearby..

It's a basic Apart hotel with all amenities in hand. But no air conditioning. We have the view of the cemetery from our windows and you don't expect that.

Cigarette smell everywhere. Room didn't have anything to clean it.

Easy to access from the Metro or Commercial drivers (taxi or Uber). Kitchenette was outfitted with cooking equipment and plates, etc. great artisan bakery for breads & party 1block away.

My best Paris experience. English speaking friendly staff, comfortable room in a nice neighborhood. Far from most Paris attractions but there isn't any place you can't go from here if you do not mind 2 20-minute subway trips. Neighborhood is upscale and feels safe. Off of a major intercity route, very easy to reach without getting too much into Paris traffic.

The appartment is great. With good amenities however the shower didnt have a curtain and water went everywhere. Location is good and close from metro and shops. Will stay there again.

It was great! The service, the room were amazing and next to the subway and tram.

Overall we had a good stay! The hotel staff was extremely accommodating to a scheduling mishap that we had which our group appreciated. The only downfall of this hotel was that the overall condition of the room could have been better - hole in the bedroom door and many ants in the room. The location of the hotel was not the greatest either; walking back at night would encounter many people on the street who lived in their vehicle. For the price, this hotel was perfect for a friends getaway on a tight budget.

Excellent location near Metro stops and train access; short walk to grocery stores and restaurants, quiet and picturesque residential area, near large park/forest.

They only clean the room a couple of times a week but we were informed of this on check in. Main complaint was the miniscule size of everything including the room and shower. The shower was so small I could barely fit in but it all suited our purposes for a few nights in Paris at an affordable price.

The host at the desk were very nice and helpful but I had a problem with the shower, the water wasn’t going down and I have to beg for someone to come over and fixed, the a/c wasn’t good enough

It was nice and comfy! Close to the metro, people are nice. Restaurants around, overall it was great!

Let me say that your comfort at this hotel depends on the weather, especially if you come from the U.S. or other countries where you are used to air conditioning. We stayed 4nights. The hotel is a studio apartment building hotel which is great b/c you have a small kitchen. We loved that because we bought water, wine, beer and iced tea at the local grocery store and kept it cool. We also bought some groceries to have snacks and easy meals in the room. For us it’s convenient and the price was a lot more appealing than staying in the center of Paris, but some might prefer to pay the price for the location. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The problem we had is that it was very hot in Paris, high 80s to mid 90s Fahrenheit and sunny. The room was just so hot. I understand it’s europe and AC is not common, but there just wasn’t any relief. The regular ventilation was very weak and opening the window doesn’t help when it’s so hot. I approached the staff about it and they offered to move us to a different room where I could open the window more (a room facing the quiet courtyard instead of the highway). I took them up on it and at night would open the window for a little fresh air. It wasn’t their fault but they tried to make us comfortable in my opinion. I appreciate that. I would say this hotel is a great place to stay if you want to save a little money, don’t mind a short train ride to the attractions and want a little kitchen. Most places there don’t have AC anyway.
