They gave me a smaller room than what I paid for. I paid for the largest room that they have. They gave me a smaller room as if they think that i won't know the difference. I stayed in the room before .I hate when people cheat me out of what I am supposed to get and act as though it's nothing

The property was secured and staffed twenty four hours,but should work to expand the meal plan in the restaurant.

Clean nice rooms great shower good AC. Great disco tech goes from 11:00 to 6:00 a.m. excellent breakfast

Love the stay. Confortable, clean and amazing view. But didn't like the food service. I thought it was going to be a buffet but it was like take out. Order it and take it to you room. But food was very tasty for me

I have stayed at this property at least 4-5 times and have never been disappointed. Good service, easy check-in/check-out and attentive staff. Good breakfast choice. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about. I select this hotel due to its reasonable rates and close by to family members. No reason for me to stay at other Santiago hotels. The only drawback is that it is a 4 story hotel and there is no elevator. That is something that may be an important consideration when selecting this hotel.

Nice location. Great staff! I felt secure and safe during my stay. The breakfast was delicious. Totally worth it to stay.

The staff was very friendly, well staffed 24/7. The front desk staff was multi-lingual and spoke English. Felt secure. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

We stood 4 nights ,Delicious breakfast , staff was friendly except one of the recepcionist that was super rude...Mabel was amazing in the front ..Its not a high end hotel ,but you just go to sleep...The phone in my room didnt work ,Ac was excellent...I will book again in the future .

Hi, the staffs are no help there, you have to pay for everything u consume even if u want a little bit of extra water on a glass for breakfast smh ….cleaners clean my room 2 out of 7 days …..I won’t recommend to anyone …..do not consume the little chips and otras from the room they’ll charge u an arm and a leg ….sorry but for me is a 3/10

The day receptionist was not professional at all compare to the afternoon staff. Place need a little update like counters & refrigerator. Really bad smell in the bathroom, it seems like the smell from other toilets came out through ours.

Room was small and outdated. We were in a room behind the casino and they played very loud music both nights we stayed there until 6am next morning. For me, very disturbing since i am a light sleeper so needless to say, didn't sleep much. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good.
