The bathroom in the room was filthy with other guests hair all over the place.

Stayed here again after a game at MetLife Stadium. We arrived late in the evening due to attending a night game. The kitchen cabinets and the side floor near the fridge were filthy. I needed to cut the tag off of a piece of clothing. So I opened the drawer where the knives were and saw roaches. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. I notified the staff at the front desk. He said there was nothing he could do because I booked through a 3rd party. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed.

We were seeing a show and wanted early check in to change our clothes from church and freshen up. Along with our suit cases in The Room. We were just asking For a 3:30pm check in. Ridiculous! We ended up in our Room at 8:30pm. The lady at the desk wasn’t so pleasant.

We stayed here for the World Dance Championship at the Meadowlands Expo Center and it was less than an 10-minute drive there. Our room was incredible!!! The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, dining table and the pull-out couch were amazing. The pool area was great, but the pool was a little cloudy. The breakfast had a great spread of food and there were plenty of choices for a gluten-free diet. We would definitely stay here again, especially at that low price during the week.

Great Stay! Room was clean. Guest services were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that my room was by the elevator shaft so every time someone called the elevator it was loud in our room. Also if you are planning to visit the attractions at American Dream Mall you get a discount for staying at Residence Inn. Which is great! However you don’t know about his discount until you check in. So if you already purchased your tickets ahead of time you miss out which isn’t fair. They said they have no way of putting this on their website. I suggest calling the calling the hotel ahead of time to get the discount code or waiting until you check in. Overall stay was great though. I’d return

I took my daughter along with other family members to American Dream Water park for her 12th birthday. We had the two bedroom suite with the full kitchen and fire place. This was perfect for the location, since we were a 5 minute drive to the Mall. The rooms were clean and there were no issues besides the people across from us who had company that had nothing better to do then knock and run on guests doors at 11:45pm! Of course I complained to the front desk, and they did there walk through which resulted to them continuing to knock and run. Nonetheless, the location was great and the room was more than what i expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel and were planning to come back again

We have a really good experience we came before or check in time and we were able to check in into a room. The kids used to pool. Breakfast was delicious. All kind of food was great. We have an excellent time. We are ready to come back anytime.

The property itself is clean, but there are a few things they can improve, like a/c, shower heads, and elevators. It would also be nice if they could add some chairs to their laundry room and the toilet seats weren’t so low. The carpet and bathroom floors are slippery even when not wet.
Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to many places to visit, shop, and eat at. The personnel is very friendly, and it is quiet and clean.

Do not stay here. The hotel is infested with ants and the front desk agents are rude. My granddaughter and I were bitten. We also saw ants on the elevator as well . On the day we checked out we were asked how I stay was and at that time I informed them there were ants in the room the front desk agent became rude and belligerent mind you we were checking out. She began to ask several questions about the ant issue which at that point didn’t matter because we were checking out. I informed her several times to just give me my receipt as I had a flight to catch and then another front desk agent came up and continued to battle back and forth with myself and my daughter. I will never stay here again

The staff at this Residence Inn is very friendly, accommodating, and professional. They all made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast has a great variety of food items. The location of this property is conveniently located to many attractions, and is close to New York City. Both property and rooms are clean.
