Conca Park was absolutely gorgeous- I am still dreaming about sipping spritzes poolside, gazing up at the lemon trees, Palms and beautiful mountains. The view from the room was breathtaking. We got a room with just a window that fully opened and that was good enough. We saw people have balconies too, but we were happy with the large opening window. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were extremely clean. it is nice that they are an eco-friendly resort and provide you with a metal water bottle to refill. It would be nice if they gave us two and not just one. The pool was gorgeous and the servers were quite attentive, but there was one worker at the pool named Salvatore I believe , who wouldn’t let us drink our drinks in the pool. They were plastic glasses and we are grown and mature people who are not gonna be dumping or spilling our drinks in the pool. He said that was the reason we were not allowed to have them in there. We found it quiet , condescending and scolding in tone and what he should’ve really been worried about was the copious amounts of poor behaved kids running and cannon bombing into the pool and most likely urinating in the pool. What other annoying thing about the pool was we were told on her first day we had to pay three euro a day for a towel or we could just keep the same towel for the whole trip. We thought that was quite odd for such a high-end hotel, but do you understand the eco-friendly aspect of it but when you’re at a luxury hotel laying

The location and hotel were great. The staff was rude. They close the pool at 6:30 and you can’t even sit by the pool after that time. You have to pay for your pool towels. If the service had have been good it would be great but the service was so poor that I would not go back.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Conca Park - we were so sad to leave! We booked an Economy Double Room and were expecting a relatively small room with a small bathroom (similar to other places we stayed in Italy), and were delighted when we walked into a very spacious room with a large bathroom, the most spacious shower we’ve had in Italy, and gorgeous view of both the pool and the sea. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. The check in and check out processes were efficient and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was spectacular and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast buffet - complete with fresh eggs, bacon, etc. - was delicious. We also enjoyed using the gym every morning, which was clean and modern, although minimal in equipment variety (but this was fine as it was never too busy). There is a convenient buggy service which brings you from the street level to the lobby (with luggages as needed) at all hours of the day, and the staff working this service were always so friendly. Location of the hotel is walkable from all tourist attractions in Sorrento, including the beach/ferry port and train station. I have nothing bad to say about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento!!

Excellent hotel design with great views to the sea and easily walkable into the centre of Sorrento.

Lovely hotel with a great view. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately we felt the pool area let the hotel down as smoking is allowed on sun loungers and there’s not enough sun loungers for all the hotel guests.

This hotel is wonderful! We got the junior suite and it exceeded our expectations. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating, the location is perfect, and the room was big, bright, and comfortable. The bed was huge! The hotel was also kind enough to arrange a makeup artist for me on short notice, and she was brilliant. I can’t fault a thing about our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for making it so special.

A lovely resort and spa, only five mins walk from the historic downtown. Staff were lovely, food delicious, views superb. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The only down side was no air conditioning in the rooms. They did give us a fan to put in our room which helped.

We loved the property and the staff. We loved Fabio at the bar. Outside seating areas were beautiful. The view from our balcony was perfect…the water and the mountains. The location was close to many shops, restaurants and bars. Only drawback was no AC during the season we went. Leaving the windows open helped but let the light in and was noisy.

An elegant oasis in Sorrento, Conca Park has everything you need to unwind from exploring the Amalfi Coast or Pompey—good food, a comfortable lounge, pool area and views of the bay. We don’t usually stay at resort properties but are glad we chose this one. It exceeded all our expectations.

Amazing hotel 5 stars all around

The hotel is very central to the town, with a lovely pool area and is aesthetically lovely from the rooms to the bar area. We would stay here again for sure. One minor note, our bathroom had an air vent and we could hear conversations from the other rooms pretty loudly so had to shut the door before sleeping. Other than that, lovely hotel.

Great location, super comfy facility, all looks clean and nice, the staff are SUPER nice and willing to asist! we would love to stay longer......

The staffs were great and very hospitable. The hotel was in the perfect location for walking to shops, dining and walking to the port.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Easy walking distance to sights, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Concierge Monica went above and beyond to help us when our luggage didn’t arrive with us on our flight and gave us excellent recommendations.

Positives - Great location, great private parking arrangements, zero-waste eco friendly hotel if that’s your thing. Bar/lounge area very nice. Stunning views from our sea view with balcony room. Negatives - General cleanliness of the room on arrival not good enough, especially the bathroom. Mentioned this at reception, was told it would be looked at, heard nothing back. WIFI was poor, unworkable at times. Breakfast was 3 star hotel standard by every parameter. We ate there the first morning and went into Sorrento for breakfast each morning thereafter. A very mixed experience with staff. Observed an uncomfortable exchange between a waiter and guest during breakfast. Let’s just say it wasn’t what you’d expect to see/hear from staff in any hotel. Overall - A disappointing stay, expected better. Value for money just not there.

Excellent location near the centre of Sorrento, fantastic views from rooms facing the bay. Light and airy feel, plenty of shady places to sit around the hotel. Friendly staff, comprehensive breakfast buffet. Pool shaded in the afternoon (and closes at 6.30pm), no bad thing to be able to plunge into that after a hot sunny day exploring.

Hotel room was great and free breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was very unhelpful though. We had housecleaning wake us up at 8:30AM after our first night and still come into our room later that day even after we turned on our “Do Not Disturb” light. We called the front desk to request housekeeping to not come into our room for the remainder of our stay as I don’t like having people touch any of my things and they said they put it into the system, but we still had housekeeping come into our room the 3rd day. Had to make the request again but they weren’t helpful. We then had the front desk book us a taxi service to the airport as we were leaving and they told us the cost would be 110€ but the taxi driver told us his company’s fees were 140€ and showed us the rates on his paperwork. He didn’t even carry change so we had to pay 150€.

Spacious rooms, well-appointed pool area, central location and most of all the friendliest staff - from the pool attendant to the check-in staff (who accommodated a late check out for no extra cost), the customer service was exemplary. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Conca Park and would definitely return. It is quite a large hotel but very warm and hospitable. The staff are lovely and accommodating. The rooms are large and clean. The view and gardens are incredible... We really felt we had been transported somewhere else. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, again fantastic view and service. Breakfast was also very, very nice - fresh with lots of variety. Thank you!!

The hotel is in a very good location, you are in the heart of Sorrento in a couple of blocks. The pool is great and it's really nice to have a pool in the summer heat. Breakfest is good and the drinks from the bar are great. I like that this hotel is ECO friendly as well. Great place to stay in Sorrento, highly recommend.
