We stayed 5 nights at the Six sense and enjoyed it very much.Louise did an outstanding support for us. She made all the dinner reservations and organized also the two trips perfectly.
On her free day she even joined us as a guide for the island tour. We visited all three restaurants. In general the food was good but not at gourmet level. We have expected a higher level in particular for the European Food. We visited before the north of Thailand for three weeks and appreciated to have again some European food. Value for money starts to be in this Six Sense a bit out of balance.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the villas are spacious and beautiful very traditional setting, the service is excellent a few factors made my experience less enjoyable. First, there’s little independence when moving around the property as you are required to wait for a buggy pick up and drop off. It feels restrictive to always text or book the service to move everywhere ( pool, beach,living room, spa). Additionally, the room amenities where a bit disappointing, the fridge was almost empty no snacks or beverages to purchase for lateras we were still on european time and no room service after 10pm. The top hill spa and pool were amazing.

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed, and I’ve stayed in many nice hotels in many different countries. This was a life changing experience for my wife and I. You must do the island hopping where they take you to some cool little islands with the most amazing beaches I’ve ever seen.

We just completed our 4 night holiday at Six Senses Yao Noi. After visiting over 100 countries, I can say this place left a lasting impression on my wife and my 2 year old son. We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms were perfect and the views were beautiful.
Shoutout to our wonderful G.E.M., Margie. She always made sure we were happy and even upgraded us to villa 54 on our last night! Everyday she would checkin on us and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She’s always accessible via WhatsApp. The staff are all so friendly and smiling. They genuinely want you to have an amazing holiday. They really go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable, taken care of and have everything you need.
We dined at chefs table, hilltop, living room and the dining room, and all the meals were amazing. Breakfast was great and special shout-out to Kwan, the manager at the living room. Everyday he would make sure to talk to us and make us his special cocktail. The ice cream shop was also amazing and we went multiple times a day!
There is so many great things I can say about this place. My wife and son had an amazing time on both of our tours. We did the phi phi island and Prang Na bay tours. Both of them were private tours and the tour guides were great. The weather was amazing and the resort provided buggy’s to take us anywhere in the resort.
Truly happy with our experience and would recommend this place to others.

A very good hotel - great service, beautiful jungle grounds and a stunning infinity pool. Food was great quality but we were unable to eat in the Thai restaurant (Dining Room) which was either full (first night) or closed (next three nights) which was a shame as it meant to eat Thai food we were in the general Living Room restaurant with families with young children -not what we wanted. The hotel also needs to ensure that it’s wine list is fully available. The only white/rose available by the glass in the Living Room restaurant was a chardonnay during our stay. When buying a bottle instead we were told all the lower value options except chardonnay were also not available and offered other far more expensive wines including a bottle that cost 6000 baht (nearly £150). These are small things, easily fixed that would have made the hotel offering much more consistent with the brand.

Few things were annoying:
1. Adjacent to our villa construction took place for all day, we had to complain multiple times for it to be stopped by the end of the day !
2. We had late night flight, we did request late check out, we endded up staying at the reception are, no privacy , noisy small reception area which mostly used by the hotel managment, the resort does not have a pleasant place for gusts to stay for few hours!!
3. For people that are planning to enjoy the beach, the sea water is not clear, unplasent for swimming. During our 4 day stay mostly we had not seen gusts were seating at the beach.

The entire property is amazing. With only 60 villas this is a true privacy gem. Fantastic experience from check-in, spa treatments, complimentary yoga, breakfast, dinner, and drop-off at airport. The views are as breathtaking as the pictures online suggest.

Came here for our honeymoon after being recommended by our wedding planner. It was very disappointing to say the least.
Firstly the cleaning was not up to par. Even after we had a fly lay maggots in the room - we should have had a deep clean throughout but my wife found a dead cockroach and gecko egg when she pulled the blinds down (something our turndown service never did!). Our spa treatment (90 min massage) was one of the worst I ever had. I was bored throughout and wanted it to end. It’s definitely not the 5 star experience we were looking forward to.
What I would say is that The Resort Manager, Alicia was really good at listening to our complaints and feedback at the end of our stay. Hopefully the feedback will help with future visitors.

We're in general very happy with the service provided, F&B quality and the activities available in this resort. However, we feel that the in villa swimming pool is really showing its age and needs refurbishing or even replacement, same as the shower room. Other than that, this ten years old property is still in pretty good condition.
One thing we didn't expect is that there were a lot of families with small kids in the resort. We didn't have a problem with it but if you're thinking of spending a romantic vacation, I'm not sure this would be a very good choice.

We stayed in one of the Panaramic Ocean View Villa. The view was amazing, looking at the Lime stone rocks. waking up to the sunrise everyday was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially when we wanted to change our room. Our GEM Gwen did a wonderful job in looking after us and Bobo was very helpful in sorting out our rooms.
Every day Gwen would visit us at breakfast to see how we was doing. The buffet breakfast had many choices with nice fresh fruit juices or smoothies to choose from.
All staffs at six sense was extremely friendly and always helpful. The boat journey to Six Sense was a nice pleasant ride. Six sense even had wifi on their vehicle and boat transport!
The wifi was fast and never had any problems with receptions all around the resort.

This resort met and exceeded all of our expectations - which were already very high. The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs - they seemed ahead of us at every step. The resort is extremely beautiful. Everything is as great as pictured if not better. The food and wine offerings were exceptionally good. The spa was outstanding. We did a private kayak tour that was beyond cool. We also picked up scooters outside the resort and rode around the island for a day. The island itself really takes pride in this resort. Our hideaway pool villa was spacious, modern, private and beautiful. There is an incredibly high level of detail here. We did have to chase a couple of geckos out of our room. So if this freaks you out too much, maybe you can leave paradise to the rest of us. To me, this was part of the experience even though I am quite frightened by anything that looks like a dinosaur even if very small. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most amazing stay at Six Senses Yao Noi. Our GEM, Kuhn Ma, was wonderful and catered to our every need quickly and with kindness and grace. Our room was luxurious, comfortable, had amazing forest and sea views and most importantly for us was quiet and private. The food was exceptional, our favourites being the slipper lobster at The Living Room and the pork belly at The Dining Room. Chef Alex and his team deserve the highest of accolades. What an amazing place.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Khun Annie took such great care of us and always went above and beyond what we expected her to do. Every person we met in the resort was extremely friendly.
