Everything was perfect!

We really liked our stay at Ramada. Friendly staff, nice pool area and beach. Good varierty of drinks in the pool bar. Good location of hotel, close to restaurants, massage, night market but still quiet. No need to reserve sunbeds early, there is a lot of beds. Nice with freshly squeezed juice in the morning. What needs to be improved is the system for pool towels. They shall be switched when they are cleaning but then you are using them. Better to sign out towels everyday at the pool. Cleaning was sometimes done very late. The water in the pool ruined our swim suites. They all got green. This is something that also need to be looked into. Overall very pleased with our stay and we would recommend the hotell to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The locations are beautiful and comfortable. The service was very good, and they helped us with everything we needed, including taxi from the airport, booking to the Phi Phi Islands, and map and bicycles for our trip to Coconut beach. We loved this resort!

What we liked the best was the closeness to local market plus the options of different places to eat. The pool was great place to meet people.

The ramada hotel is great value for money - lovely beachfront location which is a great base for exploring the local area. The cleanliness and general service standards were first class. We visited in August which is out of season, meaning that the hotel seemed generally quite quiet - sometimes had the pool to ourselves! Really difficult to find any fault with this hotel - the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help with any requests. The only feedback we could think of would be the options on the breakfast buffet - whilst great quality many items seemed like those you would expect from an evening or lunch menu. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very good choice to stay in KhaolakNice room, nice view and landscape. Very peaceful place to stay. Only two comment,1. the breakfast is variety but the taste is soso.2.our room is ocean view it's nearby smoking area from the besides hotel which stink to sit on the balcon

Couldn't get there due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. They wouldn't even respond to attempts to charge booking, didn't answer emails. We were due to attend as part of our honeymoon. But due to Covid-19 it was all delayed. This is the only company that hasn't postponed our booking and have just kept our money

Excellent hotel, right on the beach. Great pool. Certain facilities were closed but as we paid a fraction of the normal price that wasn't a problem. Pool area was good, rooms spacious, modern, cklean and comfortable.

There is nothing I can fault. A true beachfront location with the pool less than 50 metres from the beach. The hotel was at 95% occupancy but it never felt busy or crowded. Great breakfasts. Close to local restaurants and markets. Above all everyone was friendly and helpful. 10/10

It is also very close to many other great restaurants, shops and bars so there is no shortage of other things to do. The rooms are superb and the other on site facilities are very hood as well. The only down side is the amount of building work going on around the hotel but that is an indication of its great location.

Great hotel. Beautiful on the beach. All the Thai staff are excellent and are warm and welcoming. Good breakfast and pool snacks. Sassi's restaurant is very comfortable and nice in the evening. Great pool with plenty of activities. Wel eqiped gym. Overall great service and the usual smile from the Thai staff. The only problem I encountered was on check in from a non Thai person. I had initally booked for 2 adults but was travelling on my own. My room was changed from a 1st floor room with a balcony to a ground floor room that had adjoining doors to the next room and with a terrace that was partly shared with the next door room. One of the worst locations in the hotel with no privacy on the terrace. I therefore did not use the terrace andvthis somewhat took away from my holiday.I felt that as a solo traveller I was treated differently having paid the same for the room that a couple would have paid. In the hotels credit in next few days after I spoke with Thai staff I was offered a different room. I may not return to this hotel because of the way that solo travellers are treated.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Be careful if your going to book here.

This resort is perfection. Wonderful renovated room. Beautiful grounds, pool, bar and restaurant. Great Happy hour. I could not for the only time in my life find anything lacking in a resort. Awesome.

The Ramada Resort is amazing! In the U.S., Ramada isn't known as a top tier hotel chain. However, this Ramada Resort is almost perfect. The staff is as friendly as I've ever encountered. I can't thank them enough. I fell ill before I arrived. The staff arranged transportation for me to see the doctor and they drove me back to the resort. That evening, I had a get well card and flowers delivered to my room. Everyday, the staff asked me how I was doing. Simple the best people I've ever encountered.The resort itself is wonderful. Amazing pool, good breakfast and right on the beach. As for the local area, every restaurant we walked to had good food. There is a local night market within walking distance which was nice. Right across the resort is a good restaurant and a good place for laundry.The first time my wife and I vacationed in Khao Lak, we stayed at the J.W. Marriott. Ramada Resort Khao Lak is our new favorite. We stayed 7 days and will stay longer next time. Thank you Ramada staff for everything.

Very good hotel on the best beach location in Bang Niang. The rooms are totally renovated and are totally updated. Unhappy all the beachbars & restaurants are gone, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Very great pool and good sunbed service!

If you are looking for a relaxing hotel this is it. Short walk to numerous bars and restaurants if you want evening entertainment (lot quieter than Phuket if you want the club scene not the place for you) Staff are very friendly and want to help. Rooms ( 4101 - 4103) very modern and spacious. on the ground floor with balcony onto the garden and very short walk to the pool. if you want to go diving contact Wicked diving they were awesome.

Very good, rich breakfast (the only drawback is the lake of air conditioning in the dining room). The staff is very kind and helful. Locatiin is excellent, near many restaurants and 5 minutes by taxi from the center which has even more options. We had one of the Deluxe rooms (I believe it is the entry level) which was large enough for 2+1. For couples there are more options facing the ocean.
