it is clean, neat, friendly staff, helpful staff, love the sitting area in the front to relax in, love free tea and coffee (especially tea/Milk) is available all the time. Love that a great breakfast is included. just love it there and it is close to where I need to go

I’ve stayed here before and the staff are all lovely to deal with and accommodating. The room is always quiet and clean and I’m able to access everything I need during my stay. I always love staying here…

Power was out because of which the key cards never worked and have some one from the staff has to escort us to the room ever time
A/C did not work and the shifted the room at 1 am and found some blood stains from the carpet and again shifted the room

The key cards were not working. Every time you needed entry into your room, you had to go to the front desk for assistance. The room had old furniture. The room was cleaned.

Property poorly managed. Unclean. Staff rude and unprofessional. Room keys did not work, causing major inconvenience and there was no WiFi or tv. The worst. Avoid this hotel! Especially with the rates they charge!

I reserved room with 2 beds and they don’t have that room type. Instead they gave me room with pullout sofa. Now my sone will have to sleep on pullout sofa which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Per Expedia this hotel had a pool and hot tub. This is why I booked at this hotel, when arriving and checking in, we find the pool and hot tub are closed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew. Very disappointed with Expedia.

We just stayed overnight but was very convenient to everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, it was a wonderful stay, easy and friendly check in, truly lovely room, adequate breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
