Lovely area. Lots to do.

Chalet is in dire need of renovation. Peeling paint, chipped tiles, broken taps, no heating upstairs, fridge that had no door shelves and froze everything despite adjusting the temperature. Very poor value for money.

Room loked very 'tired'. Furniture heavily soiled and broken (piece of plywood under the cushions on the couch to prevent sinking to the floor when sitting ). In three days no room servicing was provided i.e. towel replacement rubbish removal etc. Sealing in the shower needed replacing and mould removed, water leaked over the whole bathroom floor when showering, in summary the room felt quite 'dirty' and unloved. Positives were the staff in the restaurant were very nice, the actual restaurant was tidy and welcoming, the food was very good. We have been to this establishment about 6 times over the last decade and had noticed a downward trend in the conditions of this facility, but it has escalated alarmingly in the 3 years since we were there last.

We annually stay here with a large sporting group. Great for the kids

Property is getting a bit long in the tooth and needs attention to minor maintenance details which are very important to overall impression. Leaky tap washers, and tired interior fittings detract. Restaurant and most facilities are excellent. Overall position and general ambience good.

Just what we needed

The Balcony area was un-clean, and seating was dirty. We were very disappointed with the golf course being unplayable to an acceptable standard. Having stayed there before we really enjoyed the golf course. This was one reason that we booked in again. The Buffet breakfast was overpriced.

Great location. Clean and tidy accomodation. Area around accomodation could do with a tidy up. Pool facilities could do with a revamp. Room service food was poor and arrived late. Overall, happy with our stay.

Property is very outdated, the villa we stayed in was extremely cluttered. Globes in bathroom light were not working. Limited options for cooking (microwave only) with only one restaurant. Wifi and internet access basically non existent.

we were unlucky to get an uncomfortable bed, we could have changed rooms thanks to the staff to an indoor room, but we were happy with the outdoor chalet so we tolerated the bed.

Honestly didn’t want to write a bad review. But at $154 per night, the smallest room and even smaller bathroom, I can’t understand how it can be justified. There was no parking outside the unit - actually room was part of another unit which is a weird set up and feels like it was space that was created a quick buck. The room smelled like it hasn’t been ventilated in a century. What topped it off was the smallest TV known to human kind hanging on the wall. The only positive was the staff member at the front desk. She was very welcoming and friendly. Honestly, the place has so much potential due its location. But this experience will not make me to come back there again.

This property looks and feels like a Swiss village in the 1980s. Everybody is lovely, but it feels a little like the owners have forgotten to love the property, or think it can be left as it was first built.

Our booking was missing when we arrived, and our unit door was very hard to open due to poor key operation. The TV did not have any directions for use, but the cleaning lady was able to guide us in the correct manner. We had previously advised our comments to your establishment.

Wonderful Stay & Great Location!

First time staying in the Hotel Rooms. Very comfortable and roomy. Quiet as well.

Pool is great

I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap. The bed was terrible. The room smelt like chlorine. A $20 charge for them to wash your dishes is a bit of a joke. The restaurant on site isn't that great. Very average meals. The table was sticky. Like the glass was stuck and the napkin tore as i tried to pry it off the table kind of sticky. Very un inviting. The bakery there isn’t good either. Their pies are not good at all. I'd say almost in edible to be honest. I personally wont be back here. Only upside is the staff are lovely. The quality of everything else is quite poor.

It was roomy. Loved the whole area. Good walk to the view point.

Was a unique park to stay at plenty to do if you had kids with you unfortunately the splash golf closed early (checked times on there Facebook site) so we didn’t get to have a go at that

The property was clean and well kept. There was a restaurant and other shops close by plus a golf course in the area.

Was a little dated but ok considering the price

All was fine. A cute property with a European theme.

Basic accommodations, spa bath was nice to have a relax in, lots of wildlife around the cabins also. Nice view of the golf course. Overall comfortable enough for a quick stay

Stayed here as a kid 30 years ago. It’s not changed. This is not good 😂

Always great place to visit, the hotel part could do will a revamp of some rooms.

Beautiful area. My room was dated even though it was recently updated with disability access👍 Major issues getting a taxi out in the morning due to the remoteness of the property. My bed was quite hard and there were two more complaints about the hard beds while I was checking out and waiting for a taxi.
