Nice hotel, clean rooms and good service. Loved the pool area on the roof top!

Beautiful room, great hosting. Up a steep hill with steps though which is fine but would recommend getting a taxi if you have big suitcases!

Really great hotel with convenient location - only a 20 min walk downhill to the Old City. Rooms were new and clean, and the Wifi was fast. The rooftop infinity pool provided great views of the city. Highly recommended.

The pool area and sun terrace is a nice bonus for this hotel and we could always get a lounger. The room was very small and needed a refurb - holes in curtains etc. There was also a strange smell damp/air con maybe. It did the job and was a 20 min walk from old town, not sure it was great value for money. The staff on reception were very friendly.

Hotel is OK; the receptionist was continually on her mobile and not very attentive. Breakfast was reasonable, and the pool area is pleasant.

Very friendly staff, especially Dobruvka (maybe splet it wrong) what a wonderful helpful, friendly and hardworking lady, she is a credit to the hotel. Very clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned everyday, plenty of tea, coffee, shampoo, shower wash etc in the room. Nice balcony on the 5th floor, walked out of room onto the swimming pool and bar area, perfect in everyway.

Great location, excellent breakfast provided, nice pool up top, easy check in, large comfortable rooms. I would stay here again if I visit split

I would best describe this hotel as a great value for money hotel to stay at. It is priced accordingly. If you are looking for a five star hotel in a stunning location then they are available in other areas of this great city. We stayed in one prior to this hotel, we chose this hotel because we were wanting to explore the other side of the city. The hotel is well equipped. The lounging areas on the two rooftops were comfortable with plenty of loungers and furniture to enjoy the charming pool bar service and staff. The pool is smaller than it looks on the photo’s but was refreshing and clean. The views from the pool area leave a little to be desired frankly. Our room was slightly dated but very comfortable and impeccably clean. We had the breakfast service. The food and drink was great but the dining area is right on the very busy main road. This is just simply a limitation of the hotels location. The surrounding area isn’t really in the tourist area of the city but that is also what we liked about the place at the same time. The area is very safe with lots of places to eat/drink where the locals do. We were welcomed everywhere. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and clearly made an effort to go over and above the standard welcome. Although we didn’t use it, the downstairs spa and relaxation area looked very nice indeed. This hotel was a very solid 4 out of 5 and we were very happy staying there.

Pleasant hotel not too far out of town. Staff all lovely. Pool and spa facilities a nice addition. Bar staff by pool great and enough sunbeds and pool good size compared with some hotel rooftop pools, nice to have 2 whirlpools Breakfast reasonably good, although always busy whatever time of morning you went Few things missing for 4 star hotel that would have made it excellent for example no slippers or dressing gowns in room

Great stay here the staff were nice, the pool and rooftop bar are lovely. My room was excellent esoecially the bathroom. Thought the bed could be comfier its 2 singles pushed together and i dont prefer that. Breakfast was ok

Good location , 15 minute walk from old town. Free car park . Nice room with small balcony . Breakfast average . Gym had no air con .

Lovely hotel in a quiet location about 15 min walk from the old town. There is a bus stop nearby and shops, a few restaurants & bars. Our room was very big (one extra large king bed and one single bed) and the bathroom was huge, but the bath was very narrow. We had a balcony too. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of food. When we left too early for breakfast the hotel provided a packaged lunch which was ready and waiting when we left at 6.45 am. Staff were all very friendly, and great customer service from reception.

This hotel is about a 15-18 minute walk from city center so we spent a lot of time there. The location is clean and the room was spacious.

Good welcome, efficient reception, excellent cleanliness and provision of toiletries, etc. Evening meal service a bit slow.

We stayed five nights at Art Hotel and were not disappointed 😊 The location was great (at least for us) - some 10mins to walk to the old town meaning the hotel was away from the busy & party locations. Some nice cafes and a short run to a nearby park. Best was the breakfast and the rooftop pool. Breakfast had plenty selection even for us as vegetarians and included both hot, cold, sweet and savory selection. The rooftop pool then had two levels for sunbeds and pools & jacuzzis. When we were there around 3-6pm there was plenty of space but dunno how busy it gets during daytime. We also tried the gym (nice and good basics in place) and the wellness area (sauna did not work, jacuzzi there only for winter season but the turkish sauna/bath was nice). Where Art Hotel could really improve on is sustainability. For example - In many hotels it starts to be a standard that if you leave your towel hanging (vs on the floor) it means you want to keep using the same towel. Also while cleaning the room they had thrown away the opened soap multiple times - the same soap would’ve gone for the whole stay easily :) Recycling, info about food waste, reminder to switch off the lights… small things could go a long way!

Really nice hotel , perfekt location , you can walk to everything in Split. Very nice roof pool with plenty of sunbeds, nice after a day by the sea , that you can reach within 20 minuts walk . Delicious breakfast , free parking!.

My 3 day stay at the Art Hotel was very satisfactory, I would give it a overall high rating except for one thing - the water pressure for the shower. If the hotel can make improvement on this, which I'm sure is important to most travellers, to be able to enjoy a nice shower after a long day. Apart from this, I love the amenities especially the infinity pool, and enjoy the delicious buffet breakfast immensely.

Our flight was canceled at the last minute and hotel management was unwilling to help reschedule or refund our one-night stay. This was very disappointing- and unexpected.

We were entirely happy with this hotel. The staff is amazing- they went out of their way to help us with taxis, directions, restaurants, reservations and advice on the city. Restaurant around the corner is wonderful. Easy 10 min walk to the old town. Room itself is large, clean bed is comfortable and bathroom spotless. Breakfast was fabulous and the dining area great with the open large windows. We had a car and parking was available but get there early. Quiet area at night. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located, staff helpful, good service. We requested and received packed breakfast to go when we had early morning departures.
