My room is fine, but the hallway smells like a sewer. Breakfast is okay.

The room smelled of smoke, but it was clean and comfortable. The entire 4th floor smelled like sewage the entire stay. Horrible.

The room was overall fairly comfortable, and the amenities were appreciated. I docked some points on cleanliness, because the sofa and chairs had visible filth and grime on the armrests, and the couch cushions were stained. The pull out sofa bed was not clean either.

The location of this property was perfect for my needs. It was comfortable and clean. In addition, it was pet and family friendly, but still quiet. I was travelling alone as a senior woman and would utilize this property again if the need arose.

Nice rooms that are a bit dated for the price you pay. People at pool partying at 3am and an arrest out from made the stay feel not so safe and not under control. Overall, I would stay again only if the price was not so expensive for what you get.

Overall, our stay was good and the room was set up well and provided us the space we needed. We made it work with our 1 year old! I just wish they had a door to separate the bathroom vanity area from the bed so the light wouldn't be so disruptive to the person in bed or to baby when asleep.

The suite was spacious and exactly what we needed. However, the couch was extremely worn out. It had no back pillows so sitting was very uncomfortable and the TV did not work. Beds were uncomfortable.

They deserve and extra star! Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. I really liked the service. You make a call for an extra towel or to fix the remote, and "presto-chanjo!", they were there lickity-split!!

One small thing they need to fix is putting USB ports in the room...seems odd that they haven't made that update. They didn't have them on any lamp bases, wall sconces, etc.

The staff was excellent. Jackie (front desk) was very helpful. Cleaning serviece did a great job. But it WAS NOT worth the $500 a night. It was tiny inside the hotel room. When you closed the door you can hear the people in the living room clear as day! The rooms are not a big as they portray in the pictures. The toilet paper was falling off the rack, they only gave a washcloth to do dishes. There was trash behind the couch. You can hear dogs barking across the hall..The hand soap made your hands super dry. There wasnt even fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet. I expected way more then what we got, mostly because of the price. And no ice vending machines? Wold definitely not spend my money here again

Check-in was easy and friendly. We appreciated the pet friendly policy, and were able to take our dog everywhere. And for some reason, even though we booked a studio unit we were put in a 2 bedroom one, with ample room. On the other hand one of the bathroom showers couldn't be turned on, and furniture was worn. Light switches were also hard to find and use, so we had to be in the dark to turn them on. Staff were uniformly kind and responsive, however.
