The check in woman was very rude. Told me to get on phone with expedia and that it could take an hr. I told her that thats her job,not mine. Made us sit in the lobby for 45 minutes. Raised her voice at my wife. Our night was RUINED. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. She could have handled the situation so differently. If you don't want to be in customer service, DON,T GET A JOB IN IT!

Was there for 8 days and was unluckt 2 days too have very loud next door , so rude .tv and shouting til 3 am , this is nok okay.

The customer service was at the front desk was very helpful and considerate of our needs. The customer service in the dining area was fantastic and very nice. Our stay was good until we saw bites all over one person the next morning. Not sure what bit the person up all over but something did. Other than that, it was ok.

The room was nice, spacious and clean upon arrival. However, it took 3 days to get a housekeeper to tend to the room and it was apparent that other guests were having the same issue as trash was piled outside their rooms waiting to be emptied. I don't need clean towels every day or someone to make up the bed but at least show up and empty the trash!! The front desk staff were nice and the breakfast was adequate.

The hotel was ok, right off the freeway and a nice lobby. We never saw a housekeeper until Day 3 not even to empty the trash and the hallways needed painting and repair. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was pretty and the view was nice

The breakfast was great. The pool and spa were disgusting. I got there from L.A. at 1:30pm and they turned me away and told me to return at 3pm. I understand that check in time is 3pm, but if you have a room ready then why not ???

Loved my stay quite a bit. The only thing that didnt work very well was the bathroom light. It wouldnt stay on.
But a very enjoyable experience nontheless

I came for a business trip over the weekend. I thought I would use the pool on my time off but was met by a paper sign taped to the front desk stating that the pool was closed (I get the feeling this was not just for that weekend). The room was clean and fairly large. My main issue with this hotel was the service. I needed to work on Sunday and check out quite early. I was planning to store my suitcase at the hotel and pick it up at the end of the day since it was 100 degrees outside and I didn't want to leave my suitcase in the car. The front office clerk said this was impossible. He said that it was a "liability issue" which I had never heard of before. The service felt more like what you would expect from a Motel 6 versus a hotel that cost $200/night.

It was clean but I requested a room with a sofa bed and we tried to use it there was no extra sheets to cover the mattress. That's was the only thing but everything else was good.

I normally do not complain about hotel rooms BUT the room I had was very dreary and depressing...the color of the walls was very dark gray..not light at all..I left early cuz I didnt like being in the room anymore...and for ME, that's bad....as I like pretty much everything. Lighten up the rooms with color or something...

Do not waste your money!! Absolutely terrible service at front desk! Old facilities, very dirty. Never gave new towels, never cleaned rooms. Parking lot has constant break-ins. I would rate zero stars if possible.

The only negative is that the tv in my room was not working. Theresa trued to help, but it didn't work.

First night I was eaten by bed bugs, don’t check Into 006, when asked for a new room, I was moved to another room with no ac, when asked to move again , front desk help Theresa was rude, and she must of been a doctor because when I showed her the notes she told me they were spider bites instead of bed bugs, they were bedbugs because they were all in trails, so rude so dirty, don’t stay here, Theresa’s the worst front desk help I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve been working on the road for 25 years.

Its not clean. The elevator seems would stop anytime. The front desk person forgot to fix our dead bolt had to remind him twice. He smelled of Marijuana heavily which is legal in California. Overall the front desk are not the nicest I have been around

Comparable with other hotels. However, I found mattresses to be very uncomfortable. (One person in two queen bed room - both uncomfortable)

We have been on the road for two weeks and have stayed at many BW’s during this time. This has been the best of them all. The room was extremely quiet which was a blessing considering how noisy the others were. The breakfast was the awesome with many choices to choose from. I definitely recommend this BW.

Very comfortable. Service was prompt. Had a herd of elephants above us one night. I waited until nearly 12:00 a.m. to call and let front desk know. She was right on it and said to call back if it continued. It did for another 1/2 hour, but i did not call back. Other than that, perfect! Not BW fault.
