Moldy and weed-like smell. The window was not closed. Only two towels for 4 persons. The phone didn't work. No way to call the Front desk. There was no one to be reached at night. We checked out without staying.

Not a very clean room, floors were dusty and there were roaches. Very hard bed.

Clean. No Bugs.

Dirty, unsafe place

I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the experience my friends and I had at this hotel. We had booked three rooms for ourselves and two other families traveling with us, expecting a smooth and relaxing stay. Instead, what we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, one of the rooms was not ready at 4:30 PM, which is already an hour and a half past the check-in time. We received a call at 5:30 PM saying the room was finally available, but by then, we were already on an excursion and couldn't return to the hotel. My friend was only able to check in after 10:30 PM—an exhausting end to a long day of travel from Miami. Upon our arrival, we were horrified to discover that the hotel was infested with roaches. They were everywhere—absolutely everywhere—in the rooms, hallways, even the bedding. The rooms were filthy, with stained linens, broken duvets, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I took pictures and videos of the hotel's disgraceful condition to document this. The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Patricia, was extremely rude and dismissive when we requested assistance. Not only did she offer no help, but she also made checking out and getting a refund unnecessarily difficult. Two of the families traveling with us were able to book alternative accommodations, but only at a much higher rate, leaving us scrambling for a solution. The front desk agent was not found for some time; I had to call on the wall phone for someone. There are some smokers hanging outside in front I guess because no smoking inside, but the foyer smelled of smoke. There are NO TOWELS inside the units. The units and halls are very nice though.

Room was unexpectedly clean. Jessika, and Patricia both handled business professionally. No problems at all. Outside could be picked up and more maintained. Other than that the property is A-1.
