Nice hotel and amazing location. The only thing is the parking (58 euros/day) however thats the case in all downtown chicago. And this parking allows you to go in and out anytime. Pretty good experience over all.

Great from a location perspective. Right in the middle of River North and near train stations. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms are modern and clean. My only complaint is they have a stupid policy on early check in (even if your room is ready) that if you try to check in before 2pm they will charge you. I arrived 30 mins prior and they tried to charge me $30 so I had to wait 30 mins even though my room was ready. Quick easy grab from a corporate organization trying to get a few more bucks. Made my experience sour as the front desk was not willing to budge.

That was the worst night we had in a hotel ,it may be good for a single person but for a family not at all ,the view was bad ,I have a child with allergies and he had a very bad night .the breakfast was not that good it was not fresh food ,check in was not organized and the personal was too loud.please do something about the way the sheets are cleaned and the carpet ,because a lot of people have allergies .

This was my first time in Chicago. I stayed for 6 nights and this hotel and its staff are amazing. The bed was super comfortable, the room smelled amazing. The a/c worked perfectly. Staff went above and beyond for my little requests. Everything was so convenient. The location is perfect if you want food, entertainment, bars, shopping. The Red line is a few blocks away and it’s very safe. I’m a woman travelling alone to 2 concerts at Wrigley. Never had any worries. My stay was perfect and I would stay here again - hands down.

Location, location, location…. It’s so convenient, close to most of the top travel sites.
Breakfast with wide variety and changes every day.
We traveled with 3 kids (8y,7y,3y) and enjoyed every moment.
We stayed at the 21st floor and the view is amazing.

I LOVED the breakfast station!!!!!!! The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking areas that they provided were full so I had to walk 10 minutes to go to the school

It was okay. While we know we got there before check-in and had planned to have them hold our bags while we went back out, they told us our room was ready, and if we wanted to check in we could - for $25.
The other issue, being a coffee drinker, was there was only 1 regular coffee pack. The other was decaf.
The positives were the large windows with a view of the street and the free breakfast. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
